Been a jet fan 30 yrs seen a few good qbs in my time... Testaverde, Pennington, we even had favre a year. But A Rods different.. he's by far the best Qb we've ever had

Low key i semi root for the Jets ever since they tore my heart and soul outta my chest by beating my SD Chargers twice during the playoffs. As a Packers fan…. Couldn’t be happier to see Rodgers having so much fun. I’m rooting for the Jets. They haven’t had a solid QB in years. Add in that defense, Garett Wilson, and the running backs will be fun to watch!

It honesty makes me a little pissed watching him at training camp in Hard Knocks, when he actively refused to train with the packers and just smoked weed at home instead. I wish him the best of luck, and I hope the jets are lucky and he stays in good spirits for the whole season, because as much as I love what he did for the packers he is a total drama Queen

That td pass is a perfect example in what you look for in a elite qb , those type of passes where your wr is not even open. By the time you look for the ball it’s already in your hands.
The late hands on the TD catch meant the db had no way of knowing the ball was there until the receiver grabbed it. Great throw and catch there.

Chargers fan here. My favorite hard knocks season has always been the Jets with the legendary coach Rex Ryan.. god he was everything you’d want in a coach! I loved him! it was sad to see them be unsuccessful for so many years after that but now I gotta say I’m so excited for the Jets this season.. they look absolutely amazing and I think Aaron Rodgers was a missing puzzle piece they needed to not only have a great couple seasons but help mentor Zach Wilson.. seems like the Jets have a bright future! Congrats!

Rodgers has such elite timing of the throws. The play starts and within a couple of seconds the ball is already out. His timing and accuracy and unbelievable elite.

Lifelong Vikings fan here, but I must admit, watching AR is stil a thing of beauty. Put aside the history, age, jersey etc. and just be objective. VERY few QB's now can make those kinds of quick decisions and throws. Jets have a serious legit chance of winning the Super Bowl.

That first pass at 0:06 is why Aaron is one of the greats.
Perfect ball placement that arrives as the receiver is taking a step forward so the ball can hit his hands and he can just take off from there. As a Titans fan I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen that exact play go for zero or negative yards over the years because the receiver is either static or moving backwards when the ball arrives.
It’s a very minor thing but it’s the little details like that, that add up over the course of 60 mins and make a huge difference.

The Jets have a mediocre offensive line and they really do have one of the hardest schedules in the NFL..but the rest of the team is pretty loaded. Guess we will see what happens

I know to remain humble, but this has been the deepest I have ever seen a Jets team since the late 90's Jets when 'Tuna' was at the helm. Alot of talk about AR, but the real talk is the defense. Again, we will see how the regular season plays out, but I am very optomistic as this team has a number of starters hurt last year that are now at full strength.
