oh whoah shit got deep.i'm so fortunate to have this life that i have. i hope Matt knows how much of a difference he is making to everyone in these emails and also his viewers..
I'm in film school right now. On set experience is so valuable that every single one of my classes will excuse you if you are actually working on set. I have classmates who have never been in class and still pass all their classes.
Dude, I just discovered you and I'm not so young anymore (I'm 27), but I recently discovered my passion for screenwriting, directing and acting and I'm going straight to it. I've got my first script for a short film and found people and humble technology to shoot it on an amateur level, and that's what I'll do as soon as my "real" studies leave me alone next week.... This first video I watch by you just encourages me even more than I already felt. Thank you so much for that! PS: sorry for any mistake I could have made, I'm Spanish ;).
Mattie your my God damn. HERO!!! I just watched a ton of your videos and I was instantly addicted. So Matt, meet your newest Lieberfriend! Hi...My name is Jeanie and I cannot wait for your next show ;D Thanks for being you!!!
I've found it very difficult to not label myself when the world wants to label me so badly. I haven't told anyone about my bisexuality. If I ever make a comment that comes off very 'bisexual like' lol, and someone calls me on it, I always quickly deny it. It's very frightening, but seeing so many people out there so comfortable with their own sexualities makes things a lot easier.
I agree with oneboredjeu Mashup . You should come out when you feel ready. Also I know it feels like you have to use a label, but you don't. You are you not a label. If you aren't sure and you truly want to find a label that fits you, take your time, explore how you feel and who you're attracted to, and use the internet. This site may help you some: www.uua.org/lgbtq/identity (btw I'm Pansexual)
I don't know how your life is currently right now, but I wish the best for you cuz I'm on the same boat as you. The first person I came out to as bi was a gay close friend, but he completely shut me off to opening up about it more. I thought I could trust him but even within the Queer community, their is ignorance and prejudice. He labeled me as gay, but not directly, his speech was seemed to be more that way until I had to call him out. Then he made it about him and how he used bisexuality as a stepping stone. It was discouraging. We face ignorance from all sides, either we're: - in a phase - we need to just come out as gay - Everyone's bisexual - it doesn't exist - or even the ppl we thought were allies already have their preconceived notions cuz our journey as to be their journey (such as my friend's) It's all about the right ppl. Hopefully, one day, we can truly find that and be brave enough to open up when we do.
after watching your video I suddenly jumped into a fit of workingout, crunches, jumping jacks, pushups. your really charismatic and motivating. 9/10 I lied 10/10 edit: I don't workout....
This is my first ever time to this channel, and I would just like to say you are an amazing person Matt Lieberman. Continue helping people; you have a true gift. I look forward to watching more videos. Finally, I would like to thank you in behave of the LGBTQ+ community for shedding the truth of the it does not matter what our sexuality is. Thank you again, and I look forward to watching more videos of yours. (:
It's harder for men to publicly state their bisexuality. That's because women are not as accepting of male bisexuality as men are of female bisexuality. There's a difference in attitudes between the sexes. Men are more genuinely bisexual than women because men are more sexual to begin with.
When I was about 8 years old I was interested in audio and video things. I never did anything "real" with it, but if someone had told me, "hey, that thing that you are interested in, yeah, do something that." My life may have been different.
law isn't certain either. the job market is down for them. you also have to take on a lot of debt and I mean massive debt. A lot of people who graduated from law don't end up practicing law.
The only thing I have to say to all the homophobic people is bisexuality is not a choice I know that because when I was younger I dated men and when I got older without thinking of anything I just met a girl thinking she was just going to be my friend and we ended up dating for three and a half years not only that but my mom disowned me when I came out I prayed for her to come back into my life and now she's in my life after she said that as long as I was this way she would not speak a word to me god is good and he has showen it to me in many different ways, love is love and we cant help what we feel especially who we feel it for, just because you dont understand or walk the path we do, it doesnt mean you have the right to judge us. . . Remember you should love your neighbors and brother. and we are not gay, bisexual, lesbian, transgender we are human bleed what you bleed and because im attracted to a girl today and a guy tomorrow doesnt mean im confused it means im open to love and i am who i am , just like today that asian girl in the blond hair looks beautiful and tomorrow that latina girl with short hair is gorgeous, im not judging you for liking different girls Psalm 139:13 You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother's womb.
"If I were to identify myself as something it would be 'Matt Lieberman' because there is only one of me"... but there is another Matt Lieberman who is writing the jetsons and he has been identified as you as well.
that comment about film school degrees being for too bad at anything else to get a real degree... that isn;t film related study that is actually 'women's studies' and 'communication studies'.
The issue here is parental control and the dad trying to appear "practical." My own father tried this with me and he didn't have a college degree to begin with. He only assumed that I would need something when he made it clear that no, he wouldn't assist me so that I had to pay for anything anyways. Just get a BA in general liberal arts which most law schools will tell you is good preparation for law anyways. If you want to be a politician that is when political science comes in. Another thing, when I was studying to become a paralegal, the facts were presented that lawyers and doctors are the most likely to file for bankruptcy during their careers mainly because they spend too much money to maintain and air of social status which they cannot afford. This means that having a basic sense of money and how it works is needed. Movie making is part of "show business" with business being the important point here. Film making involved a lot of fund raising and promotion of the product you wish to produce so a person needs to learn how to sell ideas. LIke Walt Disney said "To make dreams into reality costs a whole lot of money."
To the guy with the first question...Don't let your parents interfere and destroy your dreams...Look at them, are they really happy and why don' they want you to do what makes you happy? Secondly most people who got to college and major in some area of study, end up doing something completely different from what they chose to major in in the first place. My parents were not happy people and they were really controlling also..Look into the theories of Sigmund Freud and the topic of "compensation." That is when a child constantly tries to please parents who are never satisfied with themselves and they project that on to their children...Maybe your parents want you to end up in a profession which is high paying but making a lot of money in a job you hate will eventually result in you developing hyper tension or coronary disease, like my dad, who died young because he suffered stress as a corporate manager which was too heavy on him...Go with what you want because in the end, years from now, you will be tempted to look back and resent them for stealing your dreams.
I am not sure what is the big deal with labels. So what?? It gives clarity not just for you, but in general. For example, I used to work in the medical field. The pt in room 203 is the COPD pt. (Pt means patient) Now does this mean that the medical term means that your entire life is reduced to that? OF COURSE NOT. Its just used to explain to the staff, that your condition is Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. One of my ex friends had a huge issues with abbreviated words. I told him he would have to get very used to it, as MANY careers use abbreviated terms. Just like someone with a penis is a boy, and someone with a vagina is a girl. So what? They are just terms. Words are just used to help you and everyone else have a better understanding. You are still YOU outside of the label. You are creative, witty, most likely have friends and family who care about you, you have education, you give good advice hopefully lol, and your favorite color might be blue. Sometimes ppl get really bent out of shape about things that they really shouldn't. I read on a thread once that ppl love to be offended. I find that to be true on an almost daily basis. Take a deep breath and BREATHE it's not that big of a deal.
My mom wants me really bad to be an accountant because she says I can get rich if I do that and I know it's true and I'd like to have wealth but jesus I fucking hate that job, I have a class right now about accounting and I hate it with my fucking soul, I'd like to study psychology and then maybe study arts but I don't fucking want accounting. I don't know what to do, she doesn't want me to study psychology
It's easy. Do you want to be rich and have a job you hate that may contribute to poor mental health, a feeling of pointlessness and self doubt - or do you want to have a lower economic standard but have a fulfilling work that inpact your life in a positive way and a reason to get up in the morning? I hate that so many people put money over happiness, like really...? Don't complain to me when you're depressed, it's your own fucking fault.
Linn Samir chill out bruh, I know money isn't everything but it makes it all a lot easier... Anyhow I chose to study graphic design. It might not guarantee me that I'll be rich but it's something I enjoy

+Erin L Tell the ignorant people to read the Kinsey Report done in the 1950"s MOST people are bisexual to some degree.

Is he Bi or was the title click bait
He's answering people's questions and life problems. Someone asked if their bisexuality is a problem in their life
i clicked on this because i thought matt was coming out, or i just didn't know he's bi. still good

You need to get a scholarship and and get a good job so you can support yourself. Do it
