Gotta Try The Brooklyn Square In Jackson NJ, The One Portnoy Went To. I Like it Better Than The One In Manalapan NJ, And The One In Toms River NJ, It Just Hits Different 4Real!
That is a great-looking PIZZA Antonio......I love all that sauce and thicker crust than a usual pizza has......With lots of TOPPINGS like my favorite mushroom and green pepper pizzas, I don't mind using a knife and a fork to devour them....Another good review Antonio.....

That's a beautiful pizza. I would have ordered the whole pie. I would give it a 10. Maybe it's because I live in an area that doesn't know how to make it right.
Paisan, you would love this one.
That sauce looks to me like it might be made from Stanislaus Tomato Magic tomatoes, just in case you ever want to replicate it at home. If you have a place to get your hands on professional foodservice products, you should be able to get it. I've used them and I highly recommend them for a chunkier, sweetish (but not too sweet) sauce.
If I could just buy the sauce in a container I would eat it with some good ciabatta bread and drizzled with olive oil.
I hope you get to try the upside down Sicilian at Ozone Pizza on 96th Street and Liberty Avenue in Ozone Park Queens.

You should definitely go to Patsy's Tavern & Restaurant in Paterson New jersey.
I am not on board with Portnoy's personal taste when it comes to bar pizza. He loves tavern/bar pizza. That style of pizza is not for me. It's matzoh cracker thin and usually made with 2nd grade diner/pub ingredients. He loves the way they are crispy and so he rates them high. He called that crust magical, when it was nothing of the sort. Making that type of crust is simple breadmaking. There is very little time and effort used in making that style of crust...and no expert bread-making skills necessary.

I never said that, you must’ve missed the end of video. I want to review L&B soon, I reviewed it a long time ago but deleted the video. I wasn’t as experienced back then and missed some things.

@@Thecarexchangepodcast yeah I liked the sauce better than L&B but not the crust. Factor in the level of importance of ingredients like I mentioned and it’s not scored as high despite the better sauce.

Dave has been just about everywhere. It's inevitable that Antonio is going to hit up some of the same spots. But I'd wager that there have probably been at least some places Antonio has been to that Dave hasn't.
No seeds in that sauce, milled for sure.
