I replaced moisturisers by coconut oil and I apply twice on my full body… I started having food with much spice .. in dinner I used to take only dal with salad or tried to take light food… I completely avoided red chilley and the garam masalas and had very simple food…. I took safi also..started running and weight lifting… basically I improved my lifestyle with simple food….. I reduced carbs… it’s gone 🎉…

i've been dealing with this ever since i had my covid vaccine booster last month. came down with a sinus cold the next day, then the hives started. I've been to my primary dr and dermatologist. it has now turned into dermatographia and i now leave marks everywhere i touch. the derm dr is sending me to an allergist, but they haven't gave me more than some topical gel that looks like vasoline and told me to stay on benadryl and zyrtec, use mild soaps, free and clear detergent, and moisture cream. i'm just treading water with this stuff. i'm not improving.

It will bring back your hormone in their balance. 4. It is very very important. You have to use the Shilajit and Ashwagandha. Don't buy it if it is mixed. Once you will finish your morning excess, just take 1 cup of hot water and put 1 gm of Shilajit . In my cause, I bought Himalayas Brand ashwagandha from iherb. You can buy which one you feel better. one other thing that I've noticed after I have got the hives calmed down was, my skin is much thinner than before. It seems like it has aged my skin to the point I have the skin of an 80 year old. This seems to have happened over the past 3-4 months. My skin wont heal quickly. If I bump my arm, It'll break the through the skin and take months to heal over. Any place I scratch turns into a scab. All this has happened within days of the 2nd covid booster. My allergist finally stopped the majority of my itching and nearly all my hives through an antihistamine 1 and 2 pill. Now, I'm dealing with very thin skin.

My doctor gave me Promethazine but i took it just for one evening cos i wake up with terrible headaches and very tired cos makes me sleepy this tablets. i've been dealing with this ever since i had my covid vaccine booster last month. came down with a sinus cold the next day, then the hives started. I've been to my primary dr and dermatologist. it has now turned into dermatographia and i now leave marks everywhere i touch. the derm dr is sending me to an allergist, but they haven't gave me more than some topical gel that looks like vasoline and told me to stay on benadryl and zyrtec, use mild soaps, free and clear detergent, and moisture cream. i'm just treading water with this stuff. i'm not improving.

I got the same after 2nd Covid vaccination. It will not go easily if you r thinking. I didn't so many tests but I got 0 results. There was no way to identify the cause of it. Doctors gave me Cetirizine and I got 2 or 3 days relief but again same if I stopped the medication.
Guys I did lots of research after that on it. It is just hormone imbalance disease. So I will just tell you how you can get rid of it.
1. You have to stop to eat all nuts, any kind of Fry food except Olive oil, pulses, chocolates, eggplants.
2. In drink - Most dangerous is Cooldrinks, alcohol and any kind of citrus.
Now Cure
1. Try to go for running in morning with empty stomach. You can drink water but no food at all. You must run as fast as possible or if you can't run so fast than you have do a running of 45 minutes. After few days, It will bring back your hormone in balance.
2. Try to do do the gym in same way than go for running if possible.
3. You have to stop to eat at night.
4. You must have a good sleep and don't take so much stress until you r following this process.
5. Don't take any medicine for it.
6. You have to do the fasting of 15 days in each month. Fasting must be over 14 hours. If you can't do the fasting than you have to eat one time in a day and you can drink water at any time.
Diet
1. Breakfast - You must start your day with apple and pomegranate. Both must be sweet. Don't eat if they r sour.
2. Try to take whey protein with any flavour. Don't take it if you r fatty.
3. You have drink the milk with Saffron. Just add the 5 to 10 small of it and boil that milk very well. Let it become yellow and don't add white sugar. And don't drink if it is so hot.

4. It is very very important. You have to use the Shilajit and Ashwagandha.

I ate so much Montair LC for this, also calamine lotion. Never found out what triggered it, but thankfully it wasn't chronic. It lasted about 6 months for me though

please check if you have vitamin D deficiency. I was suffering since last 3 years and it was due to vitamin D deficiency.
one other thing that I've noticed after I have got the hives calmed down was, my skin is much thinner than before. It seems like it has aged my skin to the point I have the skin of an 80 year old. This seems to have happened over the past 3-4 months. My skin wont heal quickly. If I bump my arm, It'll break the through the skin and take months to heal over. Any place I scratch turns into a scab. All this has happened within days of the 2nd covid booster. My allergist finally stopped the majority of my itching and nearly all my hives through an antihistamine 1 and 2 pill. Now, I'm dealing with very thin skin.

I got the same after 2nd Covid vaccination. It will not go easily if you r thinking. I did so many tests but I got 0 results. There was no way to identify the cause of it. Doctors gave me Cetirizine and I got 2 or 3 days relief but again same if I stopped the medication.
Guys I did lots of research after that on it. It is just hormone imbalance disease. So I will just tell you how you can get rid of it.
1. You have to stop to eat all nuts, any kind of Fry food except Olive oil, pulses, chocolates, eggplants.
2. In drink - Most dangerous is Cooldrinks, alcohol and any kind of citrus.
Now Cure
1. Try to go for running in morning with empty stomach. You can drink water but no food at all. You must run as fast as possible or if you can't run so fast than you have do a running of 45 minutes. After few days, It will bring back your hormone in balance.
2. Try to do do the gym in same way than go for running if possible.
3. You have to stop to eat at night.
4. You must have a good sleep and don't take so much stress until you r following this process.
5. Don't take any medicine for it.
6. You have to do the fasting of 15 days in each month. Fasting must be over 14 hours. If you can't do the fasting than you have to eat one time in a day and you can drink water at any time.
Diet
1. Breakfast - You must start your day with apple and pomegranate. Both must be sweet. Don't eat if they r sour.
2. Try to take whey protein with any flavour. Don't take it if you r fatty.
3. You have drink the milk with Saffron. Just add the 5 to 10 small of it and boil that milk very well. Let it become yellow and don't add white sugar. And don't drink if it is so hot.
It will bring back your hormone in their balance.
4. It is very very important. You have to use the Shilajit and Ashwagandha.
Don't buy it if it is mixed. Once you will finish your morning excess, just take 1 cup of hot water and put 1 gm of Shilajit . In my cause, I bought Himalayas Brand ashwagandha from iherb. You can buy which one you feel better.
