What an awesome day. Sun and light winds. Watching each of you draw and shoot shows someone has got you all started all messed up. You guys need to watch some videos on everything. From foot position to properly using a release. Watch several videos by John Dudely. He explains it all. On release watch “ bow only outdoors “ and see Josh’s learning vids on various releases. Folks, I guarantee you that your groups will get smaller and smaller. You won’t fatigue etc. There’s solid science behind learning to use back muscles to “ pull thru” the shot to get the release to fire. The brain CAN NOT consciously do two things at once. When you decide to it’s time or almost time to punch that trigger your brain has to go from the pin, which you are probably watching as it approaches the target spot, to the finger. In this micro second the pin will nearly always float off target. Sure, your going to have good days but they are far fewer than if you were to learn some better techniques. GOOD LUCK FOLKS
