- Take an open loop transfer function, and add series gain K and unity feedback. Use Nyquist to determine the range of K (any real number, including less than 0) for which the closed loop system will be stable.

The Polar Unit Circle, Where it is stable if the plot is with -1 circle (half circle in the case of the video), But since you can't encircle -1 you choose (1/40)and(1/567) that we had.
