Great video. I live in Plainfield and enjoy going to the model train show in Wheaton. I have been to all three hobby shops mentioned in your video. I wish you all had time to stop by Americas Best Hobby Shop in Itasca. They have nice trains at reasonable prices as well as Berwyn and Chicagoland Hobby shop.
Chicagoland is still hands down my favourite but America’s Best was my childhood hobby shop growing up. That’s where I bought my berk from and I still go there often!! Thanks for watching, glad ya liked it!!
It was so funny to watch this today. We are flying into Ohara Thursday, heading into MI until Sunday Morning then back to Chicago to hang out till we fly home Tuesday. Basically I should have Monday to do Chi-town. Awesome vlog, definitely do more. Tim

Not going to lie I visit both, though usually not the same day but have done it a few times. While I love both shops, I like many prefer Chicagoland Hobby.

Last time i was at berwyn i picked up 2 M1 abrams tanks for the military train i’m building. Definitely keep the vlog series going, you’re onto something great there.

Your video's are helpful in subscribers find trains you show at these train stores. Please slow down your scans and scan all the trains on display not just the one's you like. This will enable us to contact the store and find out if items are still available. Thanks.

I just recently got back into model trains in o guage i started on making a L shaped table but my transformer is really under powered its a 180 watt one that comes with starter sets but i was thinking about getting a wall adapter 180watt to have on the track to have more power but my steam engine takes alot or power and i try to run 5 passenger cars after it but it doesn't want to move it makes the noises but doesnt run what type of suggestion do you have for a transformers that have a good amount of power

WOW, That Chicagoland Store looks awesome. I remember 20 years ago they sold G Scale trains.
Chicagoland is my go to hobby shop, the prices are always reasonable, great deals, amazing staff, and there's always something new!
They still sell G scale trains.
