What kind of tray are you using for drying after the dye and top coat?

I like to use boot laces for lace-up bracers.

I am wondering. once you top coat a piece, are you able to still stamp it? I imagine it is more difficult because the leather can't accept moisture anymore? I am wondering if upgrading older projects is possible? ❤

This is a common question but while you can technically still stamp it - as in, you can do the physical action of stamping the leather, and the leather will show an impression, it's far from ideal for various reasons.

Too bad those straps weren't included with pattern bundle. I like the simplicity. I did check out the free buckle patterns, but they were all too busy. The basic strap seems to only allow one hole, trying to line it up and trying to punch out two holes doesn't seem stable.

You can copy the design if you want.

Can you do a series on funtional armmor for emp, sca, sma, etc.....
Typically rules for leather combat armor is a minimum 11oz thickness with peened rivets. rapid rivets and double caps are not aloud in these groups for armor as they break too easily

I tend to assume anyone wanting to make armor for a specific group would just follow the rules their group outlines, as you expressed here. You would just make those adjustments when doing your build. The patterns will work.
