I have a vintage bamix like yours... slipping on startup...vibration and noise...variable speeds on startup... or takes a while to get up to speed... noisy... is that motor or clutch?
Most likely to be the clutch, which is made of hard rubber. If the shaft is hard to turn (with no power on), it means the shaft needs to be lubricated, which could also cause vibrations.
Nice tips. These older ones last better than later models. Main issue with classic is the switch soft covers breaking down
