I got sick so I guess he felt I got boring. I wasn't going to be sick forever though. He monkey branched to a younger narc. That didn't last long. I got a promotion at work and things are going well for me. Now he wants me back....nope. He made his choice.

It used to boost my ego when the narc would Hoover me, now I’m just disgusted. Cuz when these people contact you after it’s been some time they act like nothing happened. Just know nothing good happens when they contact you they are plotting or hurting or both. So wise wise move. You won’t let the same dog bite you twice!

What I really liked about all these videos is the balance of everything. Just right length, just right amount of explanation, relatable examples, and a perfect, calm, focused delivery . A+ work here.

The Narc in my life came back after 9 months of barely any interaction saying that I was still important to them, what a joke. Thanks Joe for all the support along the way.

This month marks 5 years of going no contact. I don’t know how in my gut I just knew I had to run and ghost him for good, especially block him and people we had in common on social media, but I’m glad I did that. He’s incredibly dangerous. Mind you, I learned about narcissism last year when he hoovered me yet again. It shocks me that I grey rocked him when I was around him and left him when I did. I didn’t know any of these narc terms, but my gut/subconscious somehow did.

The constant devaluation of me was taking a huge emotional toll on me and eventually my ex discarded me. I decided to leave and she was really taken aback. She actually expected me to stay and continue to support her after the breakup. She took my moving out as a discard.

Typically I would say this is more true of someone who was/is the primary supply because the “branches” are usually temporary for the narcissist. It’s the primary supply that maintains the public image, makes the excuses and the ones that the narcissist spends most of their time/life with. Why it becomes predictable after time passes. Kind of like the saying familiarity breeds contempt. Also why the primary supply takes the brunt of the abuse. The branches are merely nothing more than the shiny new toy so to speak and are temporary.

If you see this, deleting all social media is the best thing I did for myself. Removes you from the narcs eye and etc. You have more time on your hands as well. 😊 I have purpose now and I am excited for the future.

Beautiful video... just magical, I loved those two very first images, of woman , then of man in black, he look so real , feels like he is walking toward to me... Lovely images of the nature too, so whole video putted me in peaceful and relaxed mood...... I know for sure trauma bond is broken and it's a great feeling ! 😊 Thank you for magic of Joe ! 🤗❤

2:30 "the person who's suffering wonders if the narcissist will come back" as the narcissist gets to make this decision. I've got a say in this, too. I'm wiser now, I'm stronger now. The answer is a resounding "No!!" The narcissist will NEVER be accepted back... I don't care how many hours of therapy she attended.. if she is truly healed, if this day ever comes, I will say to her, "I'm happy for you... I hope you find a wonderful relationship with the NEXT person." And I truly mean that. I don't harbor ill will for her.. but I will never trust her again.. because she is not the person she led me to believe she is... she is not the person I fell in love with. I fell in love with the mask she used to manipulate me. It's over. Period.

It really is true that they make sudden appearances when you feel better. The week of her birthday just so happened to the week I finally started feeling like myself again. She drove by my work multiple times that week and hoovered me on HER birthday by driving by my work really slow to make sure I saw her, keep in mind she’s already with somebody else and went to spend time with him later that day for her birthday.
Her one friend I had left on social media made it so I couldn’t see her posts ever since me and my ex broke up 5 months ago but the first post I see from her is a post of my ex at her birthday dinner.
I’ve watched plenty of videos these last 5 months and it still trips me up when a Hoover happens because it really is like they can sense when you’re pulling away.
No contact really works and if you put in the work you really do start to heal.

It’s almost like they feel you when your getting better. It’s so odd and unknowing. End of the day, all you want to do is, move on with your life. My favorite song due to this kind of feeling is my own prison, and no I have never been in prison but creed describes this perfect. Almost like someone put him there at one time. I wonder.
