At least they have a bathroom right? But real camping means a bucket for toilet lol or I personally would rather use the ground. Tmi? The reality of camping is fun but that's that part I don't like.

As an African American woman, I don’t believe it’s thought that many of us would love to learn and possibly live a life away from all the hustle and bustle. However the older I get and the more I value the small things that the earth offers us that make a huge impact, the more my thoughts lean to a life like this one. Many blessings to you!!

Dear Wild Boy Ril I always enjoy watching the outdoors survival camping videos, and I especially enjoy seeing one of my own go out there setting up camp in the wild, do your thing main. I unfortunately, have been of late frustrated to see you set up those small cramped T shelters, when you have timer and the ability to do so much more. I am glad to see that you've began building a shelter for your fire 🔥 so that when it rains or snows your fire won't go out and you can stay warm. I know that there's a lot of struggle that goes with going survival camping, but also at some point there should be some comfront at the as a reward. I've stealth camped locally in wooded areas, and you never know if a two legged bed bug might cone creeping around . You bet your ass I was packing too! I liked that you didn't have the same clichéd ten minutes of guy walking through the woods until he finds a spot.

I’m a relatively fit 65 year old man with 28 years martial arts training and I would no more go out in the woods and spend the night without a firearm than, well than I would go to church or to work without one. I’ve never understood the “ it won’t happen to me”mentality of way to many people who place themselves at the mercy of predators and cross their fingers and hope for the best. Good video. I am a black Canadian that lives in the city, and seeing this makes me really want to get out into the wilderness. Granted up here they very weird on guns, but fam brother I really want to get to the wilderness. Canada got lots of forests just like the one you in now !

My complements, gorgeous camp site. One recommendation - steak (meat), is best cooked directly over a wood fire - the flavor is outstanding vs pan cooked.
Love your videos, you are smooth with it. I love to see us in the mountains, I've hiked and camped all my life. Worked with Scouts, Wildness Guide , hiked the entire Appalachian Trail twice and also the Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada 1987. It's great to see you doing your thing, I'm a true fan ❤️
I recommend for future winter projects those little hand warmers that crack open for a couple hours of heat. 🧊 ❄️ I use them on the 4wheelers and winter camping myself. Hands get so cold. 🥶 A couple those in the gloves and coat until you get settled in and while you sleep can be so nice. I get mines at the dollar tree. 👍

The cramps while trying to sleep while camping are the worst! Someone suggested adding electrolytes to your drink. I haven't tried it yet, but I was told it worked.
Each time I watch you cooking I think of all the animals with noses sniffing the air up to a couple of km away. The back stone really reflects heat wonderfully. Lovely area of forest.

I'm so glad I just found this channel randomly on my feed 2 minutes ago. By then I've already liked most videos, subbed, and spread this to my friends who I've been poking for years about off the grid exploration. 🎉🙌🏾💚
You would have slept well on a raised bed: 1. Cut 2 🪵 logs about 3 1/5 ft.long roughly 6to7 inch round then cut roughly 10 poles 3 in.round to desired length to reduce ground convection 🙂☕🤔 I've done the ground time and find I sleep a little bit better rested. Great job on the shelter the heat would have evaporated the water quickly in an emergency situation.
I'm in BC, Canada and have done full-on solo winter camping with my dog, once and it was a heck of an experience. Used a pulk to haul all my gear (brought too much stuff) into the woods and set up my hot tent. Got down to -18C at night but stayed warm in a good sleep system. Beautiful area you found, great drone footage. Would love to know which drone you use? I'm going to do at least 3 trips this fall/winter, maybe use a snowmobile this time in February to get me set up on a secluded lake and do some ice-fishing in my Russian Bear tent. Can't wati!! I always bring a shorty shotgun with me for protection, as well as bear spray and a marine flare, attached to the end of a long walking pole. Do you use a firearm? Keep making great vids!

You would have slept well on a raised bed:
1. Cut 2 🪵 logs about 3 1/5 ft.long roughly 6to7 inch round then cut roughly 10 poles 3 in.round to desired length to reduce ground convection 🙂☕🤔 I've done the ground time and find I sleep a little bit better rested. Great job on the shelter the heat would have evaporated the water quickly in an emergency situation.

I'm in BC, Canada and have done full-on solo winter camping with my dog, once and it was a heck of an experience. Used a pulk to haul all my gear (brought too much stuff) into the woods and set up my hot tent. Got down to -18C at night but stayed warm in a good sleep system. Beautiful area you found, great drone footage. Would love to know which drone you use? I'm going to do at least 3 trips this fall/winter, maybe use a snowmobile this time in February to get me set up on a secluded lake and do some ice-fishing in my Russian Bear tent. Can't wati!! I always bring a shorty shotgun with me for protection, as well as bear spray and a marine flare, attached to the end of a long walking pole. Do you use a firearm? Keep making great vids!

Cool video-1st time subscriber. I thought the steak was amazing. I thought the spot for your structure was perfect and the fire was perfect as you made the structure I said dang he’s a big guy and then later you said you felt a little cramped. I’m sitting on my couch here in California with my blanket on, and I enjoy watching all the bush craft.
