I can’t stand poachers man. It’s so cheap to just go out and get your license, and tags. You can find inexpensive firearms too. Damn shame that the one’s who get away with it for so long take away from people who do their due diligence and hunt for the conservation, and respect for the wildlife.
Best comment award 👏 🎉
California tags and licenses are the most expensive in the entire country
@@jamesholder6371 good thing i live in Canada 💀
Kinda weird that hunting out of season/without a license is considered poaching.. Seems like that term should be reserved for the act of hunting endangered animals..
Funniest part to me is how your gonna put in your two bits but not even live in the state to experience how corrupt these laws have gotten.
Dang if you shoot a doe by mistake own up to it. Cut your tag, field dress it and notify the wardens on your mistake they might even let you keep the meat and let you off with a warning.. we're not out here to burry sht.. makes hunters look bad.
Instead of worrying about that grandfather’s gun, he oughta be worrying about what his grandfather would think
The guy needs to think about his grandfather, not the rifle, his grandfather’s legacy
Sorry to the game warden for losing his dog 😢🐾
Officer Beals...awesome interrogating skills!
So sorry. To lose a dog does hurt the heart.
If the hunter father didn’t have time to get a license, he doesn’t have time to hunt. I strongly believe if penalties aren’t high enough, behavior won’t stop. And that goes for absolutely anything. I bet if you wrote him $1000 ticket he wouldn’t make that mistake again. You don’t want plastic bags polluting our water ways, charge five dollars a bag. That sure will teach people to bring their own. That might stop the “I didn’t have the time” or “I forgot” mentality. We have to do everything in our power to protect our ecosystems so that we can continue to enjoy them. In my opinion, Game Wardens , Fish and Game are far too lenient. Eye for an eye…?!
I can’t believe the officer thought the meth user was going to quit because he gave him a break before.
Don’t they educate the officers about SUD?
Some times when they say tell the trueth it goes a long way it really dose
Why warn the son that didn't have a licence. He should of got a ticket they new better that's bullshit
Stick to the poaching ... dinging kids for a joint is so petty.
Thank you for making such an awesome effort to film the bears. Love all the adventures with you.
petition to get your fire on back😢😅
So you say be honest and it will help, guy tells you where he threw the deer and gets everything taken away from him. Did not help at all being honest, just made it easier for you guys to solve the case since yall couldn’t find the deer.
How is shooting a deer in your back yard considered “ hunting “?
Well go after them u all ready know who he is. An have a toke seen ya looking at it 😅
These deer hunters don't wear bright orange what the fuck
Not required by california law
Well if you're the last line of defense I took a walk down a drainage ditch in Santa Rosa California actually I pulled off on East Robles so I was going to walk my dog down the drainage ditch and what happened to taking care of the water and the like the ducks that live in their there's homeless people they were dumping actual sewage into that and where does that water go into our stream systems and I see no fishing game people out there how come just curious oh you're too busy driving around in taxpayers cars it is ridiculous down that drainage ditch it is filthy there's homeless living there throwing trash into that water I seen ducks swimming in that s***and the only reason I get pissed off about that is I'm an active sportsman I love to fish and I hate to say I don't hunt but I love to fish and I hate to see our waterways get this way with waterfowl swimming and people's waist I just hate it I know where the water goes from these drainage ditch and waterways into the bays or striped bass are and everything else it is disgusting that they do this that we have this going on in our drainage ditches were actual water is flowing
Mom was drunk as hell 37:15
Im very confused why it if he did find the deer he would be in big trouble and ok he didnt find it. I must of missed something? 40:28
The music is stupid
i know right?! like its a freaking horror movie..
I will say one thing, I wish our fish and game wardens pawn everything off that is not fish and game related. At least These guys will deal with what they dig up. In past episodes the violating rights were plentiful. Of course it could be just the way it was cut to the film, so I could be wrong because I was not there. If it is accurate however I wonder how many of these wardens still have a job.
That .30 Fmj lead core will absolutely smash a deer that guy is a clown smh
best show on the whole internet
Clown
"If you shoot an animal with it, it probably won't kill it because it doesn't expand"...
A hole in the heart and lungs won't kill it?? Can't believe a fish cop said that.
There from California give them a break they don’t know any better
.30 Carbine 110 grain FMJ @ approx. 2000 FPS. The warden is correct. That load is not well suited for hunting use. FMJ bullets, especially low velocity rounds like the .30 carbine, tend to not have a very good wound channel. There is less tissue expansion and damage compared to a hollow-point round or a higher velocity round. Not saying the .30 Carbine isn't a good cartridge, because I believe it is. It has about the same amount of energy @ 100 yards, as the .357 magnum does at the muzzle. We all can agree, the .357 is potent enough, that at the muzzle, that if you shot something with it, maybe even something as large as a moose or elk, that thing would die. .30 carbine suffers because of the most common load for it, the GI type 110 grain FMJ.
Don’t forget, he’s on TV. I’m sure he hast to say that.
You have the right to remain silent unfortunately most people lack the ability and keep yapping until they incriminate themselves. It's a doe, pests and overpopulated everywhere
You give hunters a bad name.
That blood did not come from that deer. There is no way a deer that decayed would still have visible blood on the ground. Hair possibly but not the blood.
We found Einstein over here that thinks he knows everything! 🤡
More than you know, but not everything.
Where they put our money we help fund these habitat
😰What a lie if his grandad died 🤔because of that rifle he wouldn't have possession of it. Cops would have taken it into evidence.
No animal decays that fast. These are fish cops??? At least Montana fish cops didn't say stupid stuff like these Cali cops do. Hahaha. That deer has been dead a long long time
Coyotes, heat, and bugs work surprisingly fast. Even still, that looked like a tv show plant.
Why would you shoot at a coyote doing nothing wrong
Because california predators are over populated and they are coming down into urban areas.
So since spotlighting is illegal, Why are the game wardens allowing the camera crew and the wardens themselves to spotlight on camera. Gause there above the law.
Because there doing a show ,dumb question
They’re not shooting the deer while spotlighting. It is not illegal to shine a light at one but if you shoot it after shining the light, you’re in trouble
In pa it’s illegal to spotlight if deer in season !
They arent killing animals
That is a good question, although I'm Canadian and hunting laws are a lot different up here so in all honesty I didn't even know you could spotlight hunt until 5 minutes ago but anyways I agree why didn't they give a ticket to the cameraman? LOL
"I gave you a second chance" ,as if addiction is a game . Ignorant cop.
Retard
Addiction is a bitch hopefully the fella can get off the meth and get his life back
Or overdose….
