Hi Gabby! I’ve been trying to figure out how to make my own app. And because of your videos, I’ve been able to get started. Still faaar from a pro at using bubble, but, I’m learning bit by bit! Thank you for your info, and taking the time to teach us something new and cool! I did have a question 😊
Thank you Gabby, what about applications which are fundamentally workflow based but have a lot of reporting and analytics visualization (trend charts, and other charts) sprinkled around in various places. Is bubble able to handle reporting and analytics?
i want to make a app for my radio staion on line so i want app to show on iso and android so when u click on app bring u to the site to listen is this possibale using this
I'm new to AI and digging in to create a business model. I have the idea in my head but have no idea what platform or multiple platforms I need to use to make the business model. I'm enjoying your bullet-point teaching style, straight to the point. Do you offer phone consultations?
Hey Adam! We do hold strategy calls for folks who are needing help building their apps. It sounds like you're at a slightly earlier stage for what those are geared toward, though, and it likely wouldn't be what you're needing at the moment. If you're considering Bubble at the moment, I have a guide here I'd suggest starting with to help get a better idea of whether the platform (and maybe some connected outside services) would be the right choice: bit.ly/using-bubble
Hello! Firstly I'd like to say your videos are awesome!!! I was wondering if you could make a video where users can assign themselves certain skills/attributes which can be later searched and filtered for by another user. For example lets say we make a handyman app: Lets say User A's skills are: painting and plumbing whilst also being able to speak Spanish so they would put that on their profile in the skills and languages tab. User B searches for spanish speaking painters and user A's profile pops up in the search It would be great if you could make a video on this! Thank you :)
Thanks for the information. Again I come from coding background, like c++, JavaScript, html, python, sql, flutter, reactive native etc. I have not really dove into any No code app. I am Leary about it. But your information is great. Thank you. What is the scalability about this app? I would use this app to showcase to my clients within a short time as coding takes a lot of time. Again thank you for the info
You're very welcome! Scalability depends on how the app is built. We actually have some videos about Bubble app performance and scalability if you want to check them out!
Hi Thank you for this in-depth review of bubble. What are some good alternatives to bubble if we also want the flexibility of customizing code/able to import or export code?
Hi. Thanks for the great review. When looking at other reviews, it seems that performance can be a pain. Any experiences on this topic, that you are willing to share ?
Hey Rajdeep! We got started with Bubble many years ago and are happy with that choice. It depends on the types of clients you want to serve, though, and the types of apps they want to build! I would factor that into the decision.
All this no-code solutions seems to super inconvenient for building web app and it’s easer to code them yourself. It will be much more scalable, flexible and independent
Most people don't have the time available to learn how to code to the extent where they'd be able to build as complex of a product as they can with no code in a very short amount of time. This is one of the big initial draws with no code tools
I feel the same. I have completed multiple flutter apps within a short time. Even using python for data analysis. I ran into some bugs down the road. I alway leave comments on my code which is an easy fix. What happens when you run into problems down the road ? I am not sure. When I code I have complete control.
Great video! I have a question, is it possible to create unique events for each users (for example: unique and customizable calendar events for each user). I wanted to know if this was possible even if the users logs out, their “calendar events” will still be there when they eventually log back in? Your videos have been extremely helpful for me, keep it up!
Hi Alex, I'm glad the videos have been helpful! Yes, you can definitely create unique events for users that save for each individual user. That's totally possible in Bubble
Is it incorporated in ChatGPT ? That will be increasingly important incorporation into ChatGPT training. Because ChatGPT becomes that essential component in any development framework from coding to likely no less code frameworks.
Hi great video! but i`m confused on one thing. You say bubble has no offline support. So bubble is webbased, does that mean you cannot get the app on the appstore and playstore?
You can "wrap" a Bubble app using a 3rd party wrapping service in order to put it into app stores. A user would still need an internet connection to use the app, though
I had a question...so if you make a prosperous app it's doing good can or would bubble steal the app from you? It's a dumb question but it's a fear of mine lol
Hey there! Bubble doesn't own your IP or your product. They just provide a development platform, which you pay a subscription fee for. It's the same as any other web/app development platform. Wordpress is a paid product, but doesn't own websites built on it, for example. I hope that helps!
Always interesting. What I dont get with bubble is can one build an application that is only accessible to employees ? It is not complicated to build a login popup on main page (tha can be public) but then how to limit all other pages to logged in users only ?
Hi Evi, you can definitely do this - you'd want to put user roles and permissions in place in order to make specific content/data within the app accessible to specific users.
Big drawback to bubble is: - we actually don’t own the code - the data is not really secure as the AWS E2 instance is owned by somebody else and not you. - it’s not NoSQL DB, but SQL database, which is old technology. - there is a cost involved even though you don’t own the code.
Interesting takes! If considering Bubble, it's important to compare it to alternative solutions/paths based on a founder's own needs and goals. Bubble is an ideal solution for a lot of people. That said, your goals may not align with Bubble's features, capabilities, etc, which is totally fine! In that case, you should definitely seek out another option.

No, you only pay Bubble for a subscription plan to use their platform itself, just like other web or app development platforms you might build on
