Thank you so much for sharing this valuable information! As someone without a technical background who is gearing up to launch a product, your insights have been incredibly helpful. You've definitely helped me avoid a lot of potential challenges and headaches. Much appreciated!
Thank you for sharing this! There is one use case for no-code I don't see mentioned enough: Highly tech founder wanting to build something very quick as an MVP and then move on to build the full product themselves or with help from a team they'd hired. That's the use case I am in: deep technical knowledge and experience (30 years as a tech lead and software engineer). And I am a solo founder and I hate front-end development!! So no-code for me seems like an ideal solution. In fact, I'd even use Bubble, just for the sake of the MVP and then if the idea is validated, I'd go straight to seek funding allowing me to hire developer. Or look for a non-technical co-founder so I can focus of building the platform. Wapler or Draftbit might actually be better than Bubble in this case!
Hey, Have you found is there any Bubble alternatives that has many contents and tutorials around them? Man, I really wanna learn but cannot imagine beginning if there are no video tutorials around them😂😂
Awesome video Adrian! thank you! a quick question, are these apps only for web? or are they also for mobile app? I am thinking in having a web app that is combined with a mobile app. what would you recomend?
Adrian great help. I'm starting on Bubble because I did not find a no code platform or tool that gives me help with database creation and hosting and also allow me to build complex apps. Sure not having access to the code it's a con but I wrote to many other no code builders and all of them answer they do not build complex apps.
Great video thanks! Wondering if you have you had any experience with Voltapp and Flutterflow? What are your thoughts? Isn’t flutter flow is mostly for mobile web apps ?
Appreciate you checking out the vid! I haven't had much experience with both but the underlying framework for FlutterFlow if not mistaken is Flutter so you should be able to build cross-platform mobile apps with it. It seems like now they also support web.
Thanks for this video, I went from Bubble to Wappler in less than 5mins across two videos. Currently looking for app developers. Do you do consultations?
Hi Adrian thank you for this great info.. I want to create product promo ads from their url , can you suggest me the best nocode tool for it...Thanks in advance 😊
I joined Bubble after it burst, so I wasn’t aware of the prices beforehand. I’m a little disappointed that I can’t move my code with me when it’s time to scale, but hopefully by then I’ll have the funds to do so. I joined Xano to use as a backend, but they won’t allow for custom JS and I need financial calculations. Turns out Backendless has that ability. For now, Bubble has a financial calculator plug-in, so I’m sticking with them to get my MVP completed.
Vendor lock-in is very real and I don't like that too. But we've gotta use whatever we can to get things going so don't let that stop you. Keep tackling the problems that come our way and keep going. That's what entrepreneurs do anyway! Good luck Czarina!

Hey Adrian, thanks for this video. Just one question. I have been hearing the name of Softr as no-code builder from lot of sources. If you have to choose between Wappler and Softr, which one would you go for, and why?
My situation might be very different from yours so just treat this as a suggestion but you'll need to look at what you need. I would go with Wappler because I can export code and continue working on it anytime I need to. Softr doesn't have code export so meaning you're stuck with them but can be a very good solution for non-techies or just to get something up and running quickly. So I would also look at the situation I'm in as I make a decision.

What do you recommend for building an app for my business which is going to be used for accounting and billing? Basically this would be used to organise my business by bringing in few automation in terms of billing and inventory management.
Thanks for commenting! I appreciate it a lot but unfortunately, I won't be able to give a recommendation just with this high level information since I lack context. You'll have to look at what features and requirements you'll need and which app builder fits the bill.
Hey! Thanks for the question but it is way too broad for me to suggest any no code tools without much context other than just a project management app. If it is not a complex project management tool, any of the no code tools will be sufficient to help with that. So it really depends on your use case.
Great video! What platform Would you use to make a card reading software like a tarot card software that allows users to pick and find out more about the selected card?
Hey, I like your videos and comparisons. Just one thing about code export, it's important to know what you are exporting and I don't understand what you mean with html & css export in Wappler? With html and css you only get static website and for web applications you need something more than html, css ;) Probably some js framework. For mobile dev you only get the web view not a native app. I think the only visual code tool with very low abstraction layer that supports native app dev (mobile, web and desktop) and you get pretty good code you can keep working on is FlutterFlow. I know Draftbit uses ReactNative, but I'm not sure you are able to export full app, all just the react native components. I see the video is 1 year old, what would you offer right now for no vendor lock-in no-code tool?
Most welcome! Hope it helped. Unfortunately, there's way too little info for me to recommend any tools because I'm not clear on what requirements you have and your use case. So would suggest to check out different tools and see what fits your use case!
