Let’s do our best to not ruin Kuro’s hard work by supporting leaks, and instead, supporting them instead, fully and unconditionally. We’re dealing with a company who actually wants to show they care. How do you guys feel about leaks for these games? I never cared before, but I don’t want Kurogames to think we are not worth their hard work and effort. Don’t want them to pull a Zamasu and give us Kurogames Black 😭‼️🩸🦾
I can understand why people do it, but its just not cool. Kuro's response to it sounded kinda aggressive but i think it's completely justified. Its kinda givin me the "class making the chill teacher angry" kinda vibes
Leaks ruin hype, everyone went bonkers in the PGR Subreddit when Ishmael got announced for Anniversary, everyone is super excited, even global, it never got leaked and all the WuWa leaks just make everything unfun.
That is because PGR use Open beta but in requirement is you need a VIP access (pretty expensive and only chinese currency credit/debit) or you get tiket from lucky draw to access it
Never liked the idea behind the leaks, even for future characters, although early reveals truly help planning spending/pulling better. And for PGR at least, hopefully, CN game is one year ahead and even if Chinese leaks are translated, it's easier to avoid them. Meanwhile, speaking from Genshin experience, the only non-leaked version was 1.1 and the rampage started with 1.2, continuing to this day. One of the things I hate about Mihoyo, long before other shenanigans, is how they "fight" with leakers - they let slide those responsible for it in HI3rd (not sure about Star Rail, heard ) because that helps generate interest, but for some reason they look at Genshin ones like the archenemy. And no matter the court cases started, aimed at huge names like Ubatcha, it's worthless due to new ones appearing. Yet they keep bringing testers from outside, instead of having internal division like Bungie in Destiny 2. As for WuWa, I'm glad they formed their response in personal tone, making it longer than it could've been. Hope Kuro will do more than just that.
