- I'm so excited to share these simple but practical tips for highlighting that are going to change the way you measure, mix and apply your highlights! I hear a lot of stylists complain that Schwarzkopf blondeme lightener swells up and bleeds but I've never had that issue! So in this video, I am going to be explaining how I get the perfect even lift with every foil, everytime!
I started with 7 volume on the back sections, switched to 20 for the sides & 30 vol for the top so that I had even lift throughout her hair! it typically takes me about 45 minutes to do a full foil.

Thank you. I love your videos. Washing hair with chelating shampoo is very important to avoid bubbles and bleeding of bleach.

I personally find it swells when your doing a root on a highlight. This demo is on a full head, but you can't apply from the ends upwards when you have a 2 inch retouch in highlight form, if you could show this it would be helpful as this is where I find it harder, especially on thick hair as the underneath hair gets so warm
