    My hair is as dark as yours, and Blondme is the SHIT. Such good stuff. Anyone watching this who has dark hair, it’s worth spending the extra money on blondme. It also smells amazing. You don’t need the olaplex though, as Blondme is the only bleach and developer on the market that already contains the bond repairing formula in it.

      That's what alot do. I highly recommend olive oil ya cook with! Leave on your hair overnight before you bleach it the next day. It protects it. Even the Kardashians know & do this. It does help alot. I don't know about the oplex it's a old line. Better out now. Use the bleaching brand she has it already has protection in it. After bleaching is when you'll want to add a decent protective coat.

      My hair is relaxed 4c texture I used the olaplex and keep it moisturized they only problem is heat will damage it I never use flat iron I roller set set under dryer and wrap sometimes air dry is better and most of my natural color is silver the bleach give it a platinum look and you must do treatment to prevent dryness and breakage and I don’t blow dry
      Managing bleach hair takes time it can be beautiful and healthy depending on you and the condition of your hair before bleaching

I’ve asked a few stylist and they want to charge me for the supposed secret. And I’m just like why some people of color have to put a price on everything, why can’t we be supportive of each other? So if you know of this supposed secret product do you mind sharing? Please help a sister out! I just want to save my little hair 😂

    • @TrinSquared2
      @TrinSquared2  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Lol I hear you. What ever happened to each one teach one?? But to answer your question, the bleach is the agent that actually straightens the hair. The more you use it, the more your curl pattern straightens. I was completely natural before this journey to have platinum blonde/white hair. The more I bleached my hair, the more I started to notice the change in my curl pattern. Eventually it became totally straight like a fresh relaxer lol.
      Hope this helps 😇

    • @TrinSquared2
      @TrinSquared2  5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      It’s common. I try to stick with white or clear products so I don’t have to wash my hair so often. Sometimes if our water is too hard it can make the hair turn yellow faster.
      Your hair could be more porous which means it absorbs color quickly, but it fades faster.

      @williamskatrina7029 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TrinSquared2 ok, thanks!

    • @Milohsan
      @Milohsan 5 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      Because white is a lack of color, and to get to that point, your hair fibers have to open up to release the natural pigment. Being that they are open, anything can be absorbed by the hair (ex. Natural oils, sunlight, dirt that's in the air, etc.) Most products like gel or mousse, have chemicals that get absorbed by your hair, and due to the fact that the hair is colorless it will absorb the pigments along with it. The best way to avoid adding pigment to white hair (like she said) is to use clear or white products. But you can maintain it using color cancelation. The complementary color to yellow/orange is purple/blue. You could mix products that have those colors to cancel the yellow tones when they come back.

    I bleach twice and tone with dyed conditioner too. The developer based toners are so over rated.

      Sabri na Sally’s has a knock off version that works just as good. It’s call Ion Bond Perfector #2. It’s very inexpensive. You may be able to get away with not using any one of those but I do it for the added security 😉

    Does anyone knows if i bleach my hair and i dont start from the root/scalp and start further...will it be less bad for my hair folicle? Will there still be damage done even if i bleach it from the middle part of hair will the bleach somehow touch the scalp or effect it anyways ? (My hair is short,im a guy)

    • @TrinSquared2
      @TrinSquared2  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Your hair will receive some form of damage, it’s just more preventable with products like Olaplex or Ion Bond Perfector #2.
      The reason why you do the root area last is because it processes faster.

      @@TrinSquared2 ‏appreciate you for answering! I want to bleach my hair but what worries me is that my hair growth and scalp health would be weaker (my family hair genes are not the best and all men experience hair loss in our family) i dont care if the part of hair i bleach becomes dry,i can always cut it..but i do i worry and am afraid that if i bleach it, it would make the balding process be even faster for me than it supposed to be...thats why i thought that if i dont bleach the roots and only the rest of the hair it wont effect my hair growth.😔

    Hi Trini! I really enjoyed watching your video on how you bleached your roots! I have a question for you. Is your hair relaxed? Or, is it natural? Because, I'm thinking about doing my hair in that shade of blonde too!

    • @jbb8261

      ShanDomi but not softer. That’s the shock of your hair before it adjusts to the cuticle being lifted. Bleach is not intended for softening. If you use Olaplex like in the video you will not have nearly as much damage

    I hate that the words in the transcript are NOT all the words she is actually saying. Like, it says that she didn't have to eat that much, which she really said, she didn't need that much! Many other words were wrong too. Like she said she bought the color, charcoal, which we know that isn't true! But, what if a deaf person had to read the transcript as she was doing the video, because you can't tell her by her lips that well and you can't hear her! This happens on most videos. Why, with all the technology out there, haven't they found a way to put the correct words under these video's, in the transcript?! It is quite aggravating! I hate it!!!! Good video though, too bad that had to happen. I would like to add, that I also use my fingers. It's much easier IMO.😊
