WELKOM , last 707 , early 2004 , DC-8 with JT3D engines soldiered on till 2010 !! ( Air Charter Express and Meridean , flights at the time , Iraq related , Brize Norton link to and from Ostend as well , CFM sound EWW was less noisy , but sounded good as well , more power , Ostend last bastion in Europe for those designs ( regular traffic ) , noise regulations ultimately terminated those classic freighters : best workhorses at the time , true pioneers of the jet age

I and my family were going in Raversijde in Zakstraat when I was a kid between 1994 and 2000-ish.
This is the root where my passion from aeronautics comes from .. It was such an amazing era and it gives me so many memories.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
PS : By the way, would it be possible to also share the months when videos were recorded ? It would be I think a great information :)
