I see you missed all the south of the city (except Xochimilco and Coyoacan) where you can find very charming and fantastic places such as the San Angel artist market on Saturdays, UNAM Campus (which includes its cultural center. It deserves a tour apart by itself), Tlalpan Center, Cucilico Pyramid, walk Chimalistac neighborhood (and Bombilla park). Also, that area is really lovely to live in.

Thank you so much for all the recommendations. Next time I’m there, I’ll definitely check out the entire area in the south ❤

12:00 NO.

Mexico City officially as you well said it is around 9 million people, but in reality the metropolitan area which includes the Mexico State borders aka Mexico Valley is around 23 million people.

Wow. That’s crazy. I didn’t know that the suburban area is that big.

Helpful vlog! I’m heading there in 2 weeks as a solo female traveller and cannot wait! How did you find CDMX for vegetarian food options?

Oh you will love your stay. I’m super sure. México is great for vegetarians. In the restaurants you always find something and actually also street food I think. Chilaquiles for example is a traditional dish. You can just order it without chicken. Tastes amazing 💜

12:00 not true, neither considered the city central park nor inspired on NY central Park...probably you are confusing the "park" with Chapultepec, which is a forest, now a huge park, which dates back hundreds of years into Aztec times, so no way it is also "inspired" in NY central park. Please do some reaserch beforehand.
