    It’s up to 5 acres but there are still only 10-15 feet between you and your neighbors? Even with 30 feet, that’s too close. I’d say people looking for this much acreage are doing so primarily for privacy… and that’s not achieved when the houses are still so close to one another. And it’s also not a gas community. Lovely otherwise though.

    HOA and no Natural gas then no sale, that house is 100 overpriced. Otherwise the property size is what I am looking for.

    Not gonna lie. $800k for that home on a 4.89 ack lot within a gated community that is located 45min from Tampa. That is a pretty good. Now I would have the builder clear out another 3 acre for me and throw in a washer and dryer for that price. The HOA fee is fine, and I love the insurance rates. My only issue would be the HOA telling me what I can and can not do with my property. Again if I pay $800k for a property. No one is telling what I can and cannot do. I would want to make sure the hoa has very limited power. I would like to turn my property into a homestead. So I want to be able to build a high tunnel and have some farm animals. I want to make my property as efficient as possible. So I would want to have the tesla solar roof and power wall installed. If the property has access to well water that would be nice. If all of that can be done. $800k would be a barging for that home.

      Hey thanks for the feedback! The hoa is very hands off and allows you to have horses, nursery, in law suites, etc… and I have a several reliable contractors who can help with everything else like clearing the land.
      This is one of the best deals in Central Florida in my opinion.
