Not really. They use MP which can later force the hero to use his A button attacks or if you are lucky fail to use his fully charged Up-B off stage. Not to mention they can be shielded and have quite of alot end lag. Playing against Hero is like fighting a video game boss. Dodge the attack and punish
Because his smash attacks are pretty trash without it. His down smash has low range, power and alot of end lag. His side smash while strong, has alot of start and end lag. With a pretty low range. His up smash is probably the most pathetic smash attack in the entire game. Almost no range, medicore power, and that end lag
he has the worst smash attacks in the game so he needs them to at least be a playable character. he cant really rely on menu since that usually tries to kill him
you can use Link and Hero's shields to block Kafrizzle. also, I honestly can't see how Hero isn't classified as the worst character since he's the only character with moves that not only kill him, but also require mana.
Imo, also ban larger stages where he can run away like town and city or kalos. Smaller stages give him less time to retreat. Conversely he has some big hit boxes on some of his moves that are also harder to away from, but I think him not being able to run away hurts him more than you not being able to run from his moves.
I have problems when I played with friends because my friends never but never touch my friend hero main when I kill one by one I get 2 stock and him 5 for example

When you say that Kazap can't be reflected, does that include Zelda's reflector?
Yes. However, Nayru's Love grants Zelda a few frames of invincibility, so it's still a good option.
