Thanks for vid. Very helpful. I think you’re supposed to sit on bike upright for 5 mins whilst warm and then check oil level. I learnt that from Sachs Madass manual 👍

you have to have the bike up straight when youre checking the oil level! when i put 1 liter in, i cant see anything on the dipstick either if my bikes on the kickstand. but if its up straight then i can see enough oil

Yes. That is a good point. I used to put a block of wood under my kick stand to get the bike straight up when checking. I've done so few miles these last few years that it's been a long time since I had to change the oil that I guess I just forgot. Cheers.

Iv just changed my oil and filter on my 2021 Zontes its straight forward and easy. I have no spring thing for my sump plug it must be an old 2012 thing.
But I can see in a window how much oil there is.

I wish I had a window on mine. The dipstick is useless and this bike definitely takes more that the specified 1 litre.
