If a guy uses stiletto or skeleton is pretty much a god of movement best knives in the game, the nomad is great as well, s1mple, niko and m0nesy use or used this knives for a reason, the bayonet m9 and the butterfly are so overrated. But who cares better for me because the best knives are the cheapest atleast for now.
Fun fact: the classic and stiletto are the only knives who can be inspect-juggled from hand to hand once they bring back the righthand 0 command. Also not to sound too biased but the classic also has an insane hidden animation where you can rotate it the second it lands on the tip of the blade during the rare animation of you press your inspect button right at that second. Happy new year! 🎉
I would make few adjustments: 1. Swap bayonet with the ursus - cs is a game where cts fight the ts whereas bayonet is a military thing for close combat, so it does not belong here - in modern world people fight with guns not bayonets (but m9 looks pretty good and what’s the most important the m9 pullout animation looks somewhat realistic, whereas the bayonet’s is out of the ass - ugly) 2. Move the bayonet behind stiletto and make paracord the top b - paracord has a unique, beautiful handle, it looks amazing in vanilla and other finishes - even forest ddpat has a black handle - huge W. Blue steel, case hardened, crimson web, slaughter - ahh so good. 3. Move shadow daggers behind the new paracord’s placement - the are good for awp, don’t cause display wobble and are entirely coloured, which is something unique. 4 swap flip knife with gut - flip k nife is at best pocket knife - awful handle, very small, bad animations, imo if it was not for gem finishes, it would be worse than survival. Gut is actually preem knife for an insane terrorist, who likes to do „things” to his victims. It has a soul, it looks like it could be real, not just in game pixels. 4 and the last thing, reshuffle the A tier as following: skeleton, huntsman, talon, ursus, as it reflects value for money ratio more efficiently. It would be a perfect tier list, since it’s more accurate due to more complex ranking process and would reflect which knives are worth the $. Remember, knives are expensive for most people in the community. Thank you for reading it hah.
Paracord knife is sooo slept on Damn... the blade looks great, the handle looks like REAL tactical knife handle... it have special draw and inspect animations in hands it looks good and you put it in C tier ?? DAMN
recently bought huntsman actually as a bday gift to myself. your point about the bowie knife is so true tho. sick knife but the idea that you only see one hand really lets it down i think. particularly if you own gloves too.
I bought a Damascus steel Field Tested butterfly knife and paired it with some queen jaguar gloves minimal wear cuz the butterfly has a loose pattern so it looks like a zebra stripped knife got the combo for $900 and even for the butterfly being field tested it looks factory new no scrapes or scratches vs all the other knife finishes they get scuffed up even in fn they will have some scuffed spots the only difference between a field tested and a factory new one is the factory new one shines more in the sun and areas with a lot of light but I like the field tested because u can see the pattern way better and it still has a decent amount of shine to it
M9 don't need no insane animation to make it good, the blade speaks for itself to add to this, its a perfect CT knife combined with a karambit or other crazy animation knife on T side.
They should have gone with the more updated switch blade in the pro-tech or a micro-tech OTF instead of a classic Italian stiletto. Now we have a vampire knife and a boa chopper on the way. Dreams and nightmares is actively dropping more gamma dopplers. Knives are going to pop off. The survival knife looks too much like a tie on harpoon that it looks more emergency seatbelt strap cutter.
Awesome Tier List guys, I can only agree with that and I share your opinions 99%, still some knives I would have put lower for some of them but I guess that's very accurate! Survival Knife is slept on. It has the best rare pullout out of the new knives (aside from the Skeleton), it's blade is nice but not long like the Paracord, and not super plain like the Ursus.
The fact that you don’t consider the hands positioning to evaluate a knife is a steal tbh. You rankings are so on point but you must consider where both hands are with each knife to give a proper evaluation. Falchion knife hides a lot of the off hand for example, nomad is infinite times superior as overall shape

the talon is my favorite knife, because it can spin really really fast if you push R then F then R then F and repeats it u know, it's so nice to look at, it should be on the S tier as it spins faster and have more animation then the karambit
i disagree as an owner myself. this fast spinning rare animation is a thing that makes it worse than karambit. the equip animation is sick, the common inspect like karambit one, but the fast spin makes it unspammable! the fact that the hand gets pulled forward ruins everything.
U can hold in the F key while having the rare spin animation then it can spin forever as long you hold in the F key, that you can't do with karambit which is kinda sad
@@smolPjusk it’s not a spam chain though, karambit, butterfly (ehh kinda), bowie and daggers all have fluent transition when you spam inspect+reload. talon on the other hand has this rare hand pulling forward (no pun intended) animation, so no fluent silky smooth chain there (it’s clunky at best). literally the only downside, great knife overall.
I am a big fan of the Ursus. I plan on getting a Ursus one day for T side and just one more knife for CT side. I don't need 10 different knifes that I won't ever use just two good knifes.
Only pull out is smooth, it has no unique sound, inspect is mid, and above all, it doesn't make any sense as a knife. A flip knife has to have a blade of the same size or shorter than the handle. It's absurd looking. I understand that pull out is smooth and we saw a lot of awpers play it, but it's objectively in no way, shape or form A tier.
Unfortunately there are no diamond gems for glocks because of the way the pattern is applied to certain skins. Diamond gems only exist on karambits, flip knives, bayonets, and gut knives, and I am currently making another guide on diamond gems for gut knives🤙

Switch the Classic Knife and Huntsman and this is pretty solid… Classic knife is the only knife with a static animation and it has some really nice finishes with the blue steel in BS looking incredible.
I think Ursus should be A tier, it has good animations and the blade looks clean while it also being a good crimson web option for getting a low float crimson web for a decent price.
Classic became worse in cs2, at least until they fix the WW finishes. But also the metal part of the blade looks worse too. Talon and Karambit lost a few points because of cl_bob, unless you tweak your viewmodel to some extreme values the knives disappear on 4:3 stretched.

I never liked Ursus until I saw someone playing with Ursus Fade in Vice gloves. I still wouldn't get one, but I can no longer pretend that they are beyond repair. It was a very nice and complimentary combo in its own way, and I'd spectate him after every death.

No matter how you look at it it can't be put on the same level as M9 (bugged (thumb + palm), no unique sound, 1 inspect, ok pull out is really smooth, but that's all it has.) or karambit. Talon is objectively better than karambit if you put aside the OG factor. NON-EQUIVOCAL TIER LIST is : S : Butterfly A : Talon, stiletto, Karambit, M9 B : Skeleton Nomad C: Huntsman, Bayo, Flip Trash : all the rest.
