You can put small pieces of paper between the buttons and the lights to dampen the slights on the buttons if you ever need to, this is also how people put designs inside their bt buttons

For the lights, I think I found a bug in the firmware to help with that :)
You need to plug in both the regular USB cable and the USB-C cable for the brighter lights first. Then, you need to turn off all lights with the START + all 4 BTs button combo like in the vid. Afterwards, remove the USB-C cable. Now the side/top LED will turn back on automatically (only a little less bright because less power) BUT the BT/FX leds are still turned off! :D This way you can still enjoy the top/sides lighting effects without getting flashbanged on every button you press.
I don't know if they patched since I bought my con 2-3 months ago, or if you ever updated your fimrware or something (I never did), but hopefully it works for you!

button on the back is for different settings on the con and u can find more in the manual
for the button light if they are too brigh i just cut a peace of papper and put it in the button
for noise u can take appart the button and put some bandaids on the black border part where the white button part hits it and it can dampen the sound a bit
got my con like a month back and been loving it
also imo cab is just so expensive down the road that if you can you should just splurge on some sanwa buttons
