    It all depends. Condo suits me. Been living in a DMCI condo for 4 years and so far so good. Very convenient and it's a really good invetsment

    I came across this video and really appreciate your contents, thankful ako na tama naging decision ko during pandemic to buy a vacant lot. Although medyo mahal lang siya during pandemic but gaya ng sabi mo sir chris "buy land and wait ❤️". Sana soon maging home rentals na ang mga vacant lot ko, claim konapo ngayon sir chris 🙏

    Hi S’Cris, nice to meet you here. I’m a follower of your videos just recently and thanks for sharing your knowledge to people like us. I have a question for pre-selling properties regarding condos, vacant lot, house and lot. How does pre-selling vacant lots in a developing/new village do handover? unlike condos you can physically takeover and start paying mortgage if the unit is ready for use. For vacant lots po ba better buy in cash or pre-selling rin? or is it possible to delay for vacant lots buyers to takeover when ammenities or roads are not yet done? Thank you sir 😁

    Recommended pa din po ba ang Vacant lot investment kahit iloloan sa pag ibig like 10-15 yrs? Hindi po ba lugi despite of value appreciation? Hope someone can answer.

    Hi Sir, We’re planning to buy pre-selling vacant lots from Megaworld or Ayala developer as monthly DP is affordable and current price is reachable. However, we are still reviewing how usually preselling vacant lots/township works. Will the buyers forcely need to pay the final amount even if the roads/ammenities are not yet complete? Unlike condos, handover is due when the condo is physically ready to use then bank financing can release the applied loan. Hope can advise on our planning. Thank you🍻😀

    Hi Chris. I’ve heard from someone before na minsan nagkaka problema pag ipapa sublease yung condo. If you want to list your condo property ba sa airbnb, if u have an idea, may mga kailangang business permits ba? Or is it possible kahit residential unit siya?

      Hi Judy, yes you're correct. May mga developers who do not allow ipa-airbnb ang units, but they do allow leasing. For airbnb no need naman for a business permit.

      @@judyparrenas6852 Hi Sir, I tried the Airbnb. Need mo check sa Condo Property Management kung allowed kayo mag-accept ng Short term Lease mga daily. Ako may minimum stay before is 3 nights kasi may additional cost sa cleaning fee. So kung overnight stay lugi ako. May cleaning partner ako. They facilitate the move in and move out including the cleaning. You have a lot of things to consider when doing AirBnb. Tama si Sir Chirs. No need for Business Permit.

      Hello. Its in Taytay Rizal, but lots are already sold out.😉 Cavite is very ideal location, but medyo saturated na ang parts near NCR. Tanza is okay since highly accessible sa Cavite and most developers are building here.:)

      Yes, applicable, but only few banks here offer this type of loan.
