It seems my 3d pen doesnt have the backing screws as shown in the video, so i'm unsure how to remove the back white part. Do i just pull it off? Are the screws hidden? Its a brand new pen aswell.
Hi Kitty Cat, please reach out to Help@scrib3dpen.com we made a small change on some of the newer pens and you just need to bend them instead of unscrew them. If you email help they can send you an updated video. We have just not posted it yet online.

Hello sir,my pen is Jammed in the front of the pen and I can’t get it out and my daughter is worked up over it not working could I return it and exchange it for a new one?
My pen does not open the same as the one shown. My pen does not have the screw on the back like this one. I think you need a different video showing how to open the models without an external screw.
Hi Assuming that your pen is plugged into the correct port, and that the power supply is plugged in and it still not lighting up then there might be something wrong with your power supply. Please reach out to help@scrib3dpen.com
@@vardyhardly this is a scrib3D pen? Not sure if you are just kidding around as the pen is too small to fit a mouse and their is nothing that would attract a bug to get into the pen. please reach out to help@scrib3Dpen.com
Hi ,my 3d pen whenever the filament is like short it goes inside the 3d pen when i put the new filamint it doesn't go inside the 3d pen please help with this issue 😢😢
please reach out to help@scrib3dpen.com so we can get the bottom of this. Are you running the pen while attempting to put in more filmnet? As you need to do that so the filament is passed the drive gears. Also pointed piece of plastic can be a problem, why you need a flat surface. If you reach out to help then we can get to the bottom of it.

Please help!! My pen is jammed. I think something is inside. It can pull in filament but then it'll get jammed halfway.
