Games Workshop sending Emil free Giant kits: 🤩 Games Workshop seeing Emil giving away free 3D print files directly designed to reduce the need to buy as many giant kits: 🙃 Love it man. This is exactly the kinda stuff the community needs to not get brutally price gouged.
There ain't no way you made an actual theme song for your giant army conversion, holy shit Squidmar you are putting the bar of quality way to high!!! You guys deserve every bit of recognition, massive artists!
@markcruz359 I'm no expert, but it kinda sounded AI generated... maybe using Suno? The lyrics at least seemed to be something ChatGPT would produce, it has an affinity for phrases like 'a symphony of'.
Yes, looking forward to see what Lukas does... This is truely a very cool army of Mega-Gargants. Hope you will paint them up on the channel sometime later so we can see how they turn out.
This is an idea I've had for a while as a fellow undead pirate/giant fan! Unfortunately I can't justify dropping $$$ on them at the moment. But seeing your mistakes and victories has inspired me to give this a go when I have the chance!
For apoxie as well as green stuff, you can make a curing oven with a 25w incandescent light bulb and a metal container (like a large coffee can). It will cut your cure time down to 2ish hours instead of 24.
I loved this concept. Glad to see you guys see it through with all the troubles of the last video. Loved the song BTW, was not expecting that Gem. Also definitely going to give this a try with those 3D printable files at some point, that is super helpful. You guys are the best.
The sculpting on these looks gigantic.^^ One little "big" thing, the flintlock pistol would be a cannon in this size. And the eyepatch dude is like "Oi! This pesky humies' maps are so tiny." holding the map at arms length, squinting at it. :))
here is my +1 for that Lucas Dwarven Train Diorama he so clearly needs an excuse to build... it will be the envy of all the other train dioramas out there... ;)
There is one thing I've learnt from watching you and lukas (you're awesome by the way) is greenstuff is what ruined me when I was 11 and trying a tyranid army and had to use the stuff for a ravener? Don't want to look silly but it was metal had all sharp claws, looked like an alien and greenstuff just couldn't hold the metal up. Green stuff ruined my dream. I'm now 33 and I think I need to go back and revisit it with my squidmar knowledge I've learnt over the years. Thankyou guys ❤
I got a good tip from the guys at Weta Workshop in Wellington, they said use tinfoil and a hot glue gun to sculpt and reshape things. The hot glue gun on tinfoil works almost immediately!
Oh man, if you ever do more pirate giants, one of them NEEDS to have an anchor as weapon, one should have a ships canon for a gun, and the should have shark and aligator skulls as trophies on them! - love me some Pirate Giants though!
Never had as many issues with green stuff. It's a matter of knowing it's limitations and right application. Something, something, something about blaming tools
@@karlmoore1837 i'm sure you aree talking about vasline instead of "water" (like many dudes use) xD always used a greecy material instead, that's 100% better than water
Seems a missed oportunity not to use a ship cannon for the flintlock "pistol", but the final result is dope considering how often we're left with entire sprues of bitz we cant use.
im really curious how the paint will stick after you basically covered all surfaces with release agent while sculpting (vaseline) ?! if you have trouble try washing with white spirits.
I’m just thinking about the size of the boat these guys would need to be pirates, watching a galley sway back and forth because someone decides they need to get a look from the crows nest.
And I bought 4xgiants from kingsofwar mantic games plus some bits from gw-giants (I also wanted a muscular body) and made them into Frost Giants. But you had also a journey 💪

Awesome, as always, but I can't help but think the flintlock should have been made to look like the giant made it using a ship's cannon.
Love how they're pixelated so you can't see them @ 00:05but then immediately shown @ 00:10 :D
Well done Emil and Lukas. Now paint these pirates! ! Yar!!

The one with the map.
"Dammit, this is the last time we steal treasure maps from humans! I can't make out anything."
use your other eye XD

Kind of sounded like a power rangers theme

@@Bladeswillfalli think so too, the way its sung didnt feel very natural.
Loved this as well!!!
Time for a collab with Megabeans?
The attention to detail and time that went into this video is amazing!
Can't wait for these to be painted masterpeices
Just bought apoxie sculpt the other day and absolutely love it! Not going back to green stuff now.
It's a fantastic project, seriously jaw dropping and now I want to see them painted
GW: Here have this free mini
Squidmar; Thx! we're going to use it in our video where we explain how to get 3 giants for the price of one :')
4*
Hahaha dood right? And the theme song at the end too was too great. Idk how they sponsored but it’s good
The art of trolling with giants!
can't wait to see the painted versions these are so good!
Brilliant idea for the fill out kit 👍
Can't wait to see them painted😊
That giant holding the map wayyyyy out there is me, without my glasses, on trying to read a receipt from CVS.
Seriously, great work!
I can't thank you enough for recommending tamiya epoxy putty, it's a game changer.
Can't wait to see them painted 😍
cant wait to see the painting video!
Yes, looking forward to see what Lukas does... This is truely a very cool army of Mega-Gargants. Hope you will paint them up on the channel sometime later so we can see how they turn out.
Actually incredible! I can't wait to see them painted.
"i dont Like how every GW giant is fat" ... Gives His very First giant an enormous belly 😂

For a first time sponsor it’s absolutely astonishing! Stocked to see how Lucas will be doing hehe
Great sculpts. can’t wait to see them painted up
Would absolutely love to see your sculptor friend do a torso with 2 necks, a 2-headed mega would be phenomenal.
Can't wait to see them all painted up, nice work
Lol, you can hear GW screaming every time one of us saves money on a kit bash.
Best thing… Emil blending with the palms in the background with his shirt 😃🌴

WOOOOOW !!! The song is amazing !!!
I’m excited to see what you do for their paint job! ❤❤❤
can't wait to see this painted!
Changing from Greenstuff to Tamixa Epoxy is the best tip the internet has ever provided! thanks Squidmar

CHAOS DWARF Train diorama!!
Great video as always! I’ve been trying to convert some Ogroid Theridons into Tzeentch Minotaurs for Old World, lots of inspiration here!
1:43- Honestly, I would definitely pay for a class on how to sculpt!?! And I bet I’m not the only one!!!
Look forward to seeing these giants painted

Wonderful work ! 😱😱😱😱
Great video - and loved the heavy rock lyrics at the end 🙂
hell yeah been waiting for this video since you dropped the last one. They look amazing!
Can't wait to see them all painted...
looks amazing ,good job 👌👌👌
15:59- That would be pretty awesome if you did something like that for other factions/armies!?! Just a thought
It was Mr McGregg, with a leg for an arm and an arm for a leg!
I wish you would have showed them as you did, to show your work, but then also primed. I can't wait to see you paint these.
I got a good tip from the guys at Weta Workshop in Wellington, they said use tinfoil and a hot glue gun to sculpt and reshape things. The hot glue gun on tinfoil works almost immediately!
Absolutely incredible
I know the paint job for them will be awesome.
Would be super cool to add a cannon as one of the peg legs 😁
Great idea
Awesome job you guys! The dude holding the map is a killer! 👍🏻
They look brilliant and I very much enjoyed how many times you said the word "bits" in this video lol
This is absolutely great and I have loved these videos. Keep it up
Catchy song! 😃
the 3d-printed one is unbelievable beautiful
This is amazing 😮😮❤
King Brodd is begging for a parrot friend with those shoulder pieces. Or a little monkey or maybe a gobbo with a shoulder mounted ship canon.
Oh man, if you ever do more pirate giants, one of them NEEDS to have an anchor as weapon, one should have a ships canon for a gun, and the should have shark and aligator skulls as trophies on them! - love me some Pirate Giants though!

Sure, but why accept something that's bad when there's options that just work ;)
@@SquidmarMiniatures But it isn't bad. That's all i'm saying. It is down to how you use it/what you are using it for.

awesome video! would love to see Lucas take on it!
Now to see the painting videos of these bad boys. That's 4 easy videos to get some serious likes
Im hoping for a future video of u guys painting them :D
You guys put me on to Tamiya sculpt, it is indeed so much nicer to work with than greenstuff!
Nice ! would of loved to see an anchor instead of a hook hand on one of em though.
Can't wait to see them painted .. awesome job :o
Amazing work!!!
Now I want to see the massive ship that a crew of giants sail.
Omg yes do the same with the keeper of secrets!!!
Seems a missed oportunity not to use a ship cannon for the flintlock "pistol", but the final result is dope considering how often we're left with entire sprues of bitz we cant use.
I love this! It makes me long for 36hour days so I can get into it!
Bra jobbat!
Paint them!!! 😊
Turn the last giants weapon into a massive anchor at it would be complete.
Great idea
They arrrrrrre awesome :) when can we see these painted?
Need to paint them!
im really curious how the paint will stick after you basically covered all surfaces with release agent while sculpting (vaseline) ?! if you have trouble try washing with white spirits.
Just wow!!!
You heard em boys, 10k likes! Let's go!
I do want to see Lucas's conversions, but these have to get painted!
I’m just thinking about the size of the boat these guys would need to be pirates, watching a galley sway back and forth because someone decides they need to get a look from the crows nest.
You missed out on the possibility to make the "flintlock" for the giant as a cannon, which would have been more scale appropriate.
Let Lukas make some kitbashed Wraithlords.
think down the line these guys need an epic pirate ship diorama made for them, because what's a pirate with no ship!
A giant pirates cove terrain set would be epic!
As long as they get painted 🎉
Awesome project! ❤
Does anyone know what paper thing he uses on his desk? The white underground I mean. With the mixing ratios at the bottom. TIA
Finally a real video with Emile
yup, lucas should do it too, nice vid mate :)
Now build a giant ship for them to crew!
And I bought 4xgiants from kingsofwar mantic games plus some bits from gw-giants (I also wanted a muscular body) and made them into Frost Giants. But you had also a journey 💪
Emil magic time travel, now with the left arm tatoo, now not XD
i hope we see those giants painted
Bets on this being in the cabinet at Golden Demon in Essen...
I love the song❤
Awsome miniatures u crafted there. Can anyone tell me where i can buy some plastic crad. I want to use it for testing paints on plastic.
Maybe if you and lucas both finished your armies, you can make a video painting them? would like to see that
