In 2017 you responded to a comment of mine with a word of encouragement. I didn’t have a father and it was legitimately the first time a man I respected greatly encouraged me that I could remember. I was in my early 30s. Married now, working on having kids. Thanks for helping the men out. Hopefully another generation doesn’t have to deal with this crap.

Such trafficking is the object of podcast n°372 which is chilling. It seems hard to believe that the horrible side of the trafficking can be fought efficiently and eradicated when a more glamourous version receives praise, even indirectly. I feel so privileged to be Canadian and have one of the greatest minds of this country, who has the courage and bravery to speak in a world where speaking has become dangerous, you have been a fundamental part of my journey towards conservatism, and not feeling ashamed to feel the way I do, despite the family members that disagree with me because they ‘heard it on the news’. I’ve gone through a bit of a rollercoaster throughout my life, as most of us do, and much of the trials that I have endured have led me to holding such strong opinions, beliefs and values, but no one bothers to ask me why I’ve more recently become more fascinated by conservative politics, they’d rather just tell me they are ‘worried that I’ve been brainwashed’ which, to hear from a family member, is unbelievably condescending and disappointing, but I digress. You've been hugely impactful for me. I originally started watching you solely on the Genesis series, because I thought, "Hell, why not?" It was something I was interested in, and had very much longed to delve back into that space. I consider myself a religious person again-all through you-I read your stories and heard your accounts on certain verses in the bible and how it played this role in this certain trait, and how the books of the bible can reflect life challenges we all face. That was all super interesting and really helped me tie any loose ends I originally had about the subject. I started reading 12 Rules for Life after watching some of your interviews with Joe Rogan, and your personal ones here on your channel. That book was great, it taught me to ask the right questions, and how to function in this odd world, and definitely changed me in a lot of ways-and I actually finished it today-as I am posting this comment. I preordered We Who Wrestle with God back in September,. I flipped through when I received it, saw the art, and knew immediately that I was going to enjoy the hell out of it (no pun intended). You've been a huge inspiration for me-especially in my writing, since I do like to write poetry about various abstract topics. Addressing these very real and very dangerous problems is a hard and dangerous thing to do, and you do it, and do it damn well. You traverse and remain strong through adversity. You don't let them get you. You speak the truth and that's all that matters. People can hate, hate, and hate. But you've been great to millions, and for that, you deserve a thank you.

I started tearing up when Jordan gave Dave that book. It's not just a book; it's a manifestation of his work, his time, his energy, and his dedication to getting to the bottom of the most fundamental axioms of life. I am saying this in the truest sense I know how. You could see how much he trusts Dave at the level of an individual. It's obvious they are great friends, and it makes me happy to see that. I am lucky that I found a friend who knows my heart and would never hurt me. She is a new friend but one I know I can trust. And I know she will always be my friend. That's rare, man. Canadian here! Until 2019 I was an NDP supporter, then came CV19 and the Liberal/NDP alliance lied to me about the pandemic, lock downs, masks, mandates, etc. I will never vote for either again. If someone in 2016 told me I’d be an ardent Trump supporter in 2024, I’d never believe it! In my community I was lambasted by saying that I hoped Trump wins. Crazy times! Reason why mainstream media is below the charts is because they are suggesting and insinuating people what people should think. Podcasters, youtubers and other forms of independant journalism or documentaries advise people to think for themselves. People are not stupid, we only think we are because we've been repeteadly told so.

Thank you for everything Jordan. I am 24 Years old - currently in stationary treatment for my depression. Without your resources I would have never fully appreciated the help I get here. By you I was enlightened, entertained, heard and inspired. Everyday is tough but because of your corpus of work I have a perspective - a light at the end of the tunnel so to speak. Life feels more intense and in turn more beautiful both for the good and the bad moments. I wonder what is going to come... If I'll be able to get this mental struggle under control but man... you made me have enough doubt about my cynisism and bitterness to now see cracks in this black wall infront of me. I feel so privileged to be Canadian and have one of the greatest minds of this country, who has the courage and bravery to speak in a world where speaking has become dangerous, you have been a fundamental part of my journey towards conservatism, and not feeling ashamed to feel the way I do, despite the family members that disagree with me because they ‘heard it on the news’. I’ve gone through a bit of a rollercoaster throughout my life, as most of us do, and much of the trials that I have endured have led me to holding such strong opinions, beliefs and values, but no one bothers to ask me why I’ve more recently become more fascinated by conservative politics, they’d rather just tell me they are ‘worried that I’ve been brainwashed’ which, to hear from a family member, is unbelievably condescending and disappointing, but I digress. Thank you for being strong, thank you for being human and striving for progress, not perfection, thank you for standing up for our rights as Canadians (and for Americans as well, our neighbours), I wish I had been able to sit in one of your classes, but your online lectures are almost just as good ❤
I have and still am following a similar journey. Although I dont have family members around me to tell me such things, but Im sure my coworkers would if I told them everything I believe and question now. 😂 Hang in there ❤ There are many more of us Canadians out there than it seems. And we will all show up when it comes time to vote next year. Hopefully in the spring 🤞

I started watching peterson to supliment my psychology study in highschool in 2015 and watching the audience continue to grow without stopping has been surreal. I only hope to live long enough to be able to give credit to this man through my own writings

What a great discussion. I can’t be understate impactful conversations like this are. In this day and age it’s easy to doubt yourself and worry that you’ve got it all wrong. Whether it’s politics or the more human things, it helps a great deal to know I’m not crazy, and a lot of what I’m feeling is simply part of being human.

I first learned about postmodernism from him in 2016, realized i was falling trapped in that ideology, took on responsibility, decided to make order out of chaos in my life, decided to try and be competent in what i do. Back then in 2016 i was living with my friends. I decided to marry my girlfriend, had a family, got competent in my field, bought a house. All thanks to Jordan
You've been hugely impactful for me. I originally started watching you solely on the Genesis series, because I thought, "Hell, why not?" It was something I was interested in, and had very much longed to delve back into that space. I consider myself a religious person again-all through you-I read your stories and heard your accounts on certain verses in the bible and how it played this role in this certain trait, and how the books of the bible can reflect life challenges we all face. That was all super interesting and really helped me tie any loose ends I originally had about the subject. I started reading 12 Rules for Life after watching some of your interviews with Joe Rogan, and your personal ones here on your channel. That book was great, it taught me to ask the right questions, and how to function in this odd world, and definitely changed me in a lot of ways-and I actually finished it today-as I am posting this comment. I preordered We Who Wrestle with God back in September,. I flipped through when I received it, saw the art, and knew immediately that I was going to enjoy the hell out of it (no pun intended). You've been a huge inspiration for me-especially in my writing, since I do like to write poetry about various abstract topics. Addressing these very real and very dangerous problems is a hard and dangerous thing to do, and you do it, and do it damn well. You traverse and remain strong through adversity. You don't let them get you. You speak the truth and that's all that matters. People can hate, hate, and hate. But you've been great to millions, and for that, you deserve a thank you.
I’m happy to have been with you from the beginning. That first video where you were speaking to students outside and a crowd formed. It went viral. It popped up on my recommendations and the rest is history. I bought your book and watched countless hours of your lectures. You saved me from a 5 year opiate addiction. I became a manager at my job. I have 4 beautiful children. I returned to Christianity. My life is amazing and I have you to thank.

I started tearing up when Jordan gave Dave that book. It's not just a book; it's a manifestation of his work, his time, his energy, and his dedication to getting to the bottom of the most fundamental axioms of life. I am saying this in the truest sense I know how. You could see how much he trusts Dave at the level of an individual. It's obvious they are great friends, and it makes me happy to see that. I am lucky that I found a friend who knows my heart and would never hurt me. She is a new friend but one I know I can trust. And I know she will always be my friend. That's rare, man. I've never had that before, so I cherish it.
Dr. Peterson, only God can bless you for all that you do, especially for standing up for men. In this generation it is increasingly difficult to find someone who will look the crowd in the eye and say "No! Men aren't inherently monsters and oppressors".

Canadian here! Until 2019 I was an NDP supporter, then came CV19 and the Liberal/NDP alliance lied to me about the pandemic, lock downs, masks, mandates, etc. I will never vote for either again. If someone in 2016 told me I’d be an ardent Trump supporter in 2024, I’d never believe it! In my community I was lambasted by saying that I hoped Trump wins. Crazy times! Well done Dr Peterson and Mr Rubin!

Reason why mainstream media is below the charts is because they are suggesting and insinuating people what people should think.
Podcasters, youtubers and other forms of independant journalism or documentaries advise people to think for themselves.
People are not stupid, we only think we are because we've been repeteadly told so.
