He's so injured that he couldn't run 200ms, but he's out here taking .3 seconds off his 100m time in a season. I think he started being doped once Bolt came on the scene as he could depend of Asafa's mind to let him beat Asafa even though Asafa was running far superior times. He was beating Asafa while running 9.85+ pbs even though Asafa was running low 9.7s pbs in other races.

Harold Burwell by who and why were they protected? It’s easy to make a claim, but better to at least have some reasoning (anecdotal) if not evidence.
