Already commented on the earlier upload but again I’m impressed with how *proper* and authentically old school this sounds. Not derivative at all, a true banger. This is 1992 dancing at a warehouse party or a legendary club 🖤🖤
@@mephistoxarses8585 I like that you went with whoa jack!, a refreshing choice compared to the ubiquitous wooooo yeah! that is used on 100,000 other tracks. I don’t think it’s either here. But, always remember: In the beginning, there was Jack…and Jack had a groove etc. etc. ;)
Stuart Maconie opened his 6Music show this morning with this and had to rewind to check what it was called and by whom. Wow. Nothing better than a wooh yeah and breakbeat. Lovely piano break at the end too.
This is such an amazing tune, and i was so shocked when I heard this was by Django Django as it's so different from their other stuff. Sounds so old skool yet so fresh. Sounds like a club banger from 1993. Great vocal too by Self Esteem

Can't beat a decent break.
Timing is everything.
Lovely to hear.
I'm going back to rave land in my mind. Lush
@@joethekelly335 does anyone know what the faint “ah yes” background lyrics are sampled from? Heard it in so many songs
@@LJHB could it be this maybe. Shortened?

Woo! Its always a good day when Django Django drop some gold!
I always find it intriguing how certain aspects of your work are consistent but you manage to ring new changes on your approach. 💎
‘You got to shit in the sea’
I love the positive vibes from this!
I love that this song is new but feels so familiar

The piano at the end reminds me of Good Vibrations by Marky Mark.
As an old skool raver and a big fan of this band... I'm blown away 😮 what a fucking tune ❤
Thank you for never letting me down with your music
Gives me Sonic R vibes. I love 90s house.
Is there anything the Djangos can't do? It's great. Such retro cool. Seems effortless. Bet it isn't.
Was like going back in time to 91-93; savored every second.
Heavy Metal Ice Cream, love it
Nice. Proper Old Skool for new and old ravers alike. Liking all the new tracks. 2023 is throwing up a lot of bangers. 😀
