So very timely. I just cleaned up a similar New Haven movement and was surprised that it ran at all with such a worn pivot on the pallet. I might invest in some tools and fix that now so thanks.

Beautiful video. I see several videos where the bushings are placed in the ovalized holes in the sinkers of the pendulum clock or in the alarm clocks but I have always seen them put under pressure. Can you explain to me why in this case you made a soldering iron? And in case of replacement if over time the welding does not cause further damage during the removal of the old bush? I hope it's understandable I don't speak your language and I'm using google translate. Thank you.
Bellissimo filmato. Vedo diversi video dove le boccole vengono inserite nei fori ovalizzati nelle platine dell'orologio a pendolo o nelle sveglie ma le ho sempre viste messe sotto pressione. Mi spieghi perché in questo caso hai realizzato un saldatore? E in caso di sostituzione se nel tempo la saldatura non provoca ulteriori danni durante la rimozione della vecchia boccola? Spero sia comprensibile non parlo la tua lingua e sto usando google translate. Grazie.
