  • I was only going to share my diet only if it worked so here's a video about full day of eating on a cut. I am doing intermittent fasting but I use 10am to 7pm eating window as I like to workout around 11:30ish and I am not empty stomach this way for my workout.

    You are eating like 1500 cals which is so low. Another question is how are you doing all this with your full time 9 hours a day work

      Correct it’s 1600 cals to be exact and I am doing an aggressive cut for 50 days. I’ll increase my calories after by 100 cals each week. I am working from home right now (day trading).

      @@LakshLatawa thx for your response. Your video was great and very good quality content. I was 103 6 months back, joined HIIT, cardio and strength training. Did like 4 days a week. Each session burnt around 1000 cals. I never dieted at all. Main things I did was stopped all junk foods, package foods and sweets. I infact ate normal indian diet a lot. Lots of protein and complex carbs. By Doing all above I reduced 21 kgs of weight, reduced 11 inches on my waist itself in over 5 months.

      @@satyanveshi1939 Wow that’s really impressive. I started dieting from 1st March and I also cut down a lot of junk food and sweets. Zomato must be missing me😂. Only thing is I am not doing a lot of cardio right now(only 10k steps) that’s why my cals are low. My goal is to increase my cardio like you and with that food intake. Also I am glad you like the video, I really appreciate it.
