Fairly helpful video, although u didnt really tell us anything that is specific to purchasing a property in Morocco ...also when u make these videos ....maybe try to create and use a script ...this will enable u to address points logically ..in a certain order and will ensure you dont keep repeating yourself ... tbh If I had made this video ...I wud have broken it down into 1 - Finding a property IE through an agent etc 2 - Finding legal representation, 3- Making an offer on a property, 4 - Arranging Finance, 5 - Completing the purchase - If needbe I wud have done an indepth video on each ..... just a thought :)

Great info but PLEASE be careful when investing or doing Business in Morocco.
I’m from Europe and have had a lot of dealings in Morocco. Without being stereotypical, Moroccans have been difficult to work with. Things can be slow, disorganised and worst of all, even the “decent” Moroccans are not hesitant to tell a lie or three!
It’s a fantastic country but lacks the typical levels of ethics/professionalism we generally experience in Western Europe.

Rent first. Don’t act or even appear eager. Research the selling company, the building company, the notaries and even the banks. Research the satisfaction of neutral earlier buyers in the projects which attract you. Must be careful of ARNAQUE. It is prevelant in Morroccan R/E industry. Google ARNAQUE, scam, Morocco, Real Estate. Legitimate news results of ripoffs etc as reported will pop up.

I from Canada, have a stable job and I can provide paystubs etc. Which bank your friend got a loan from?
