Viaya Mere laptop mein 2 slots hai. Pehle se 4gb DDR3 RAM 1600mhz frequency pe hai. Toh mai kiya 8 gb RAM 2600 mhz laga sakta hu?? With SSD ?? i3 5th generation hai

Yup! Don't go with 4gb + 8gb. Try to use same size and same frequency ram so that you laptop could your the ram in dual channel! Like 4gb+4gb or 8gb+8gb

So total 12 gb ram, just check Freq and clock speed. Memory size doesn't matter. And yes it's working fine
