  • Do you choose with and for your body, or do you override it and choose for you? What else could be possible if you included your body?
Today’s episode of Choice, Change and Action is a little different. It’s a recording of a conversation that Simone Milasas had with Sarah Grandinetti that was broadcast to some groups of people whilst they were performing Access Consciousness Body Processes.
Join Simone and Sarah as they talk about the contribution your body can be when you melt your personalities and stop judging your body or looking for a result that you’ve decided you need, and start choosing what your body finds joyful in the moment.
Our bodies have way more to contribute to us than we are willing to acknowledge.

Hello! I am enjoying this conversation so far. About parking as close as possible, my dad, although American, was an exception to that “rule” in that he often parked as far away from the store or restaurant as possible. Partly to move his own body, and partly to give other people who maybe needed the space a space. I love that! Thanks for the reminder.
And my Mom’s nickname for me when I was a kid was, guess it: Boo! 😂❤
