Tata is definitely doing great toward its heavy duty segment competing with global standards. Prima is till date the best truck any Indian company has ever produced and its updated gen comes with a bang. I would like to see the same sucess of its heavy passenger buses like new gen Ultra. Tata Divo was an outstanding bus on offer but am not sure if its still their in the production.

@Vaibhav # They are but I'm not talking about cost. Most goods carrying trucks around the world are tractor trucks with separate goods trailers, the "semi" or "18 wheeler". In India a goods truck is a stripped chassis with aftermarket custom cab and pickup bed joined together. India has a fair amount of tractor trucks on the roads too but these mostly carry ship containers.

Few years back I was travelling towards Goa from Mumbai....and was in Innova....we were speeding around 90- 110 .....and suddenly a big truck crossed us which was TATA Prima and ooooh....it was so awesome experience coz that prima trailer was loaded and was travelling so stiffly and like a King overtaking us......Guys road was straight and clear so no such comments of risk factor....🤩😎😎
