Bhai from an investor's point of view, yeh bhut hi zyaada risky investment hoti hai. Yeh entrepreneur 1 man against multibillion dollar industries like toyota, hyundai, tesla se bhid rha hai. Cars ki production krna itna difficult hota hai and cars ke production unit ko setup krna bhut hi zyaada costly. Jitne time mei yeh mass produce kr paayega iss car ko utne time mei, aur companies hazaaron km aur aage chli jaaengi iss space mei. Smja kro yr, mereko bhi bura laga iss ke liye. But aman's advice was really good, he should use this superior knowledge to work for a company. Only harsh words can force someone to take action.

Out of all the critics and "suggestions" he got, one thing they really failed to acknowledge let alone appreciate is, he built that prototype in 18 months in his garage which took him 60Lakhs, which is a massive task and definitely very impressive.

@@Tech_world-bq3mw Technology is already there. Hydrogen cars are already there. The likes of Toyota can easily invest thousands of crores as an experiment, without expecting anything in return. Unless he has something unique to with a patent, there is nothing to sell. He can probably do something with the help of Tata or Mahindra, who can invest, have the ability to design and manufacture cars. Otherwise, as Sharks said, this is too big a project, not a matter of few cars and crores.
Liked how dipendra was silent and absorbing all sharks and trying not to be a hero. He owns many sports car and know the value of what the experience of owning one.

Yesterday i watched US shark tank episode. The sharks were open to finding so many products which do not make any sense. Whereas here they are discouraging him and telling him he can't compete with foreign companies. He is a genious who developed a technology much greater than us companies. This shows that Indian talent is not less than any outside country. He would have definitely got an offer if he had gone on US shark tank.

automobile market is very ruthless. all about the brand value and segment occupancy. he is not ready to face rn. he said " 1 2 5 10... kr ke sell krenge" what about dealership comission, touch points, after sale service and most importantly the Hydrogen infrastructure. there is also no data on engine reliability, NCAP rating and many more.
instead he should focus only on engine development and merge with any automotive company later

If only he had money, guidance and technology then he would definitely build a better car in less cost. They don't want to take risk because product was pre revenue and not polished enough to judge.

The thing which he said about lane markers is true, so developing an AI for Indian roads is much more challenging than for the Western countries. If he can develop it with the training data of lakhs of kilometres of Indian roads, he can turn it into a successful business!
