i loved seeing Hiiragi’s “prick” side,, to me it displayed protagonism perfectly, showing once again that every character in blu lock is their own main character. and had he been one of the main characters instead,, we all would’ve loved seeing him clowning the opponents and teammates and calling them trash and overall just being egotistical.
Hiiragi shows us what Isagi could’ve been had he been born a prodigy like Nagi, and what Nagi could’ve been had he been engulfed with a love and passion for soccer from a young age like Isagi.

9:21 the reason why they choose Zentetsu instade of nico is because of what isagi said --> to clear second selection they need chemical reactions not balanced team. Like before when they chose nico as isagi's replaced as the claimed balanced team , they could've lost, like they lost to Rin's team. Instade they chose to go with unpredictability.

this game against these 2 teams is making me really excited for Chigiri Barou Nagi and Zantetsu to go up against Kiyora's team, we're finally bout to see what he can do and maybe learn a bit more about some of the other characters

The more I think about it, the more I feel that Niko may have an ego, but not protagonism. Even though his skillset is similar to Isagi’s and he’s a good playmaker, Niko is often on teams where he is just a cog.
Maybe it’s because we haven’t gotten the chance to see him really shine since his first match against Team Z. But in this team and Ubers, he keeps getting “devoured” which doesn’t make him a good fit for the group.
With that in mind, who are some of the characters in BL do you think will and won’t make it to the World Cup? (That answer could be a whole video tbh)
Yeah man I agree, but I think Niko does have protagonism cause you have to remember he's made it this far, he finished top scorer of his team in first selection, outscoring okawa but we have to remember Niko is one of the youngest players in BL. He sort of still needs to grow to be able to compete with the monsters. I think he's a prodigy, the way he plays is beyond his years, it's just the others are above him purely because of their size and experience.
In terms of players I think will make it. I think kiyora makes it, I think nishioka makes it and Hiiragi.

Yes thats right, he actually made it on the bench against U20 team and he's at M.C. right now with Nagi, Reo and Chigiri. He's also received his first bid in the NEL so we might see more of him in the future.
