There's a time a place to protest. A graduation ceremony is not the place, you can take a 1-2 hour break from protesting to allow other people who have taken years of work and study to get to this moment. Then after wards you can continue your protest. But you can't so and it shows how selfish you are

I would like to know if any of these slogan shouting kids have thought about what their lives will be like IF they got their way and Israel and all Jews were gone worldwide, as Hamas wants. How many have bothered to understand that there would probably be Sharia Law, and what that would look like? In some countries, thieves used to lose a hand, women who had affairs still have their noses cut off, or acid thrown on them, or in some places a boy who had sex with the wrong girl isn't punished, but his sister can be raped by all the men in their village as punishment. In Egypt, a woman with children under eight gets custody of her children, but when the kids turn eight, they become the property of their father and the mother has no rights. At least that's how it was the last time I spoke to people or read of what was happening in those countries. Have the pro-Palestinian protestors realized that on Oct. 7th, Hamas didn't ask who anyone supported politically, or what their religion was, or their major, or if they wanted a Palestinian state, they mowed down 290 kids the same age as these protestors who don't seem to know much history, what life is like under Hamas, the Taliban, the Houthis, or even the Egyptian government. These are university kids who didn't do any homework to know who they're supporting and what it means if they succeed.

Personally, half my family is Egyptian. We are all like that. More than 30 families in the Gaza Strip are called Al-Masri ["Egyptian"]. Brothers, half of the Palestinians are Egyptians and the other half are Saudis. Who are the Palestinians? We have many families called Al-Masri, whose roots are Egyptian. Egyptian! Read Bill Clinton's autobiography if you want to see how the Palestinians turned down all his efforts at peace. And remember that there was a cease-fire and peace on October 6 until the Palestinians invaded Israel killing over 1000 innocent people on October 7 starting this current war.

Hamas Minister of the Interior and of National Security Fathi Hammad, aired by Al-Hekma TV on March 23, 2012. Stated.....we all have Arab roots, and every Palestinian, in Gaza and throughout Palestine, can prove his Arab roots - whether from Saudi Arabia, from Yemen, or anywhere. We have blood ties. Egyptian! They may be from Alexandria, from Cairo, from Dumietta, from the North, from Aswan, from Upper Egypt. We are Egyptians.
