All four of you have such amazing systems up in your class and the joy and incredible amounts of productive learning that takes place comes through every second of the video. I hope the next fellow does not continue that reading plan; the fellow is relying far to much on the child's ability to correct themselves. This method of 'teaching' is completely inconsistent with Piagetian and Vygotskian pedagogies. Plus, these practices are very 1960s/70s. You need to read up on your Bruner and the 'experienced other'.
