Well.... my opinion is she was quite beautiful before surgery and her chest was adequate for her size. Breast implants, even saline ones, can cause problems down the road. Especially with scar tissue forming. Also women tend to lose sensation in the areola which tends to negate their pleasure. In the end it is more of a visual thing for the guy than any benefit to the woman. ( I have been with women who had augmentations done. Also one who had a reduction.)
Respect your thoughts. Life is risk vs reward.
Breast implants make breast cancer detection more difficult in some cases.
The majority of women I've spoken to it's all about how clothing fits and those who have gotten older or have had children.. Appearance is many women's choice.
Most women I know of that get breast implants do so for themselves.
They don;t do it for their man or for men.
I dated a girl who wanted them and got them.
I tried to talk her out of it telling her she looked great without them and I was very happy.
She told me " I''m doing this for me"
I have heard that from others and read it many times as well

One thing I will say Cory, I am a physical therapist with over 20 years experience. Once Rachel is cleared to return to full activity, purchase a foam roll (the full roll, not the half roll). They are great to help stretch her pecs and to improve posture. Also have her focus on strengthening her postural muscles of her lower back, thoracic and cervical regions. This will go a long way to prevent any issues that develop from this type of surgery.
A foam roll would be a great addition to your gym. They are low cost and you will both benefit from it. It can be used on any part of your body. They are great tools.

I have worked in healthcare for many years so I have opinions but will keep them to myself. The key is with any procedure there is some risk.
Rachel is a beautiful woman and really does not need any improvements to her physical appearance (my opinion). So, if this makes her feel better about herself and you are supportive with it then making sure that you do your research and get the surgeon and facility you are doing your due diligence. That is how you need to make medical decisions, even with elective surgery.
You guys used a very smart process in making your decision about doing the procedure. I am also an analytical guy also Cory. Thanks for sharing info on how you made your decision to have the surgery done. You took control of all the variables that you could control.

Personally I'm neutral about this topic, but I think that some women goes way too far and they end up ruining their body and shape.
Rachel looks amazing in the latest videos I've watched, she has realistic proportion with her body and to me she looked very natural. That's what matter when we talk about implants.

Your wife is very beautiful. I don’t think that I would ever ask my wife to get a boob job, but if she wanted one I would not be against it. Like I said earlier, she is very beautiful and has a very nice body and personality. As long as she wanted it and is happy with it I would be okay with it. Hopefully you didn’t pressure her to get it done. I hope you both enjoy them, and yes I am sure that the majority of your audience will appreciate them as well.
I appreciate your honesty and being upfront about your lives. I’m happy that you guys decided to share with us rather than having people speculate about it in future videos. It’s really nobody’s business. If the two of you are happy with it then that’s all that matters. With modern implant technology it’s becoming more and more difficult to tell the real ones from the implants in some cases. My ex-wife had them when I met her years ago. One ended up deflating and had to be repaired. Eventually both had to be replaced. As you know, the recovery period takes several weeks and can be painful. For me it’s up to the woman. Because of my experience I would actually advise against it if a woman asked me. Hopefully the implants now are of better quality and the recovery time is shorter and less painful.

I understand and appreciate why you made this video. My Filipina wife was blessed in the breast department so it is not something that ever came up but it is not something we would be against if she wanted to get it done. People get elective surgery done every day for one thing or another (even dental implants are elective) and it is no big deal. If it makes you both happier then it was money well spent. Looking forward to more videos.

Modern implants are designed to last at least 10 years, but the risk of rupture grows as they get older. I don't know many people who have them for 20 years without going under again for additional procedures. As long as she made an informed choice where you talked about the realistic potential for surgeries to remove them and replace them as they age, I guess to each her own. Good luck and safe recovery.

The only thing that really counts is that you are both happy, (ecstatic?), with them. You picked a very good surgeon, so I’m sure that there will not be any loss of sensitivity. I’m curious though, has this changed your wife’s personality, confidence, or sense of self esteem?
She smiles now and is so much happier when she's trying shirts on. She lights up, smiles, and says "wow I look sexy! hehe" lol

My Filipina is 5'1 and 110lbs, so just a little taller and heavier than Rochelle and she also doesn't feel confident about her chest size. I've always wanted to get my nose done ever since I started working as a nurse abroad 14 years ago!!! And when covid happened and worked as an ICU Nurse, I promised myself that I will get a rhinoplasty as soon as this pandemic is over and I had my nose done a year ago!!! My English husband didn't want it first but he knew that I wanted it so bad and for so long! He even booked me a return business class tickets so my nose is safe when flying back in the UK ahahaha

How they do it and what they use has changed over the last 20 years. Most girls are now keeping these in for 20-25 years and even longer with no issues.

Funny you posted this video at this time. My Filipina wife just had breast implants put in last April. As we were watching your video, she couldn't help but laugh at some of the things your wife was going through as she just went through it herself. My wife said that sneezing was the absolute worst! My wife had 240cc and 275cc put in....most breasts are not the same size although I never noticed. She went from a 32B to a 34C cup size.....not a huge difference but we left it up to the surgeon and he felt this looked the most natural. Although my wife is from the Philippines, we now live in Canada and paid just over $11,000 usd for the implants but they are absolutely perfect and my wife loves them. For me, I didn't care one way or the other but my wife does do some part-time modelling so it was important for her. I'm sure your doctor went over this with you but make sure you buy some good anti-scar gel and ask the doctor when the implants need to be replaced. Most implants these days should last about 10-15 years. And when you get the next set done, it is advisable to get even a slightly larger cup because the skin will have stretched with her current ones. The one thing my wife loves now is that she looks amazing in dresses and bikinis and has given her a lot of self-confidence. Thanks for the post!

I hope she is the one who wanted to have it done, I think her body looked more attractive and natural before she had the augmentation. I have a caucasian friend married to a Filipina, he said he wished for his wife to have implants. I asked him how she felt about it, he said it doesn't matter what she thinks it's not for her they are for me. I personally love all natural, the ones the girl is born with are already perfection, neither am I into any kind of body modifications including tattoos. My ex who was Vietnamese wanted and had eyelid surgery which I wish she didn't do because she no longer looked Vietnamese. She had noticeable scars above both eyes that obviously saw every time I looked at her.

But before I was dating American woman that were a little curvier. Now I am divorced and looking to the Philippines, so I guess it's a brave new world! Now, I normally won't say anything about men's wives because some of them are crazy jealous, but since you asked for comments, here goes. I saw the before and after pics. To me, she was already very nice looking. Now she is enhanced. I think they are perfect for her size. She's fit. By the way. I've never seen anyone else who walks like her. If I were there and she was quarter mile away walking and I couldn't see her face, I'd know it was her just by the way she walks.

Kori, one other comment....my Mom had breast augmentation after nursing three kids. Because of it, amd also at my Dad's desire 😊, her breast cancer wasn't diagnosed until it was stage 4....all because they weren't able to get a good image because of the implants. She passed away 3 years later. Not worth it IMO.
