Good morning Ed. I've had many a battle with those yellow buggers too. We can't seem to live in harmony with each other. Trapper got stung on the leg a couple days ago. Poor little man. Good morning Ed! You and Ty took care of it! Damn yellow jackets got inside the wall in my pole barn a few years ago. To get to the nest i would've had to peel back siding . They were getting inside. Called the exterminators in and he sprayed some heavy duty spray. It did the trick.
@@GosselinFarmsEdGosselin when i opened up the service door in the morning there would probably be as least 50 fly out. With the stuff he sprayed it didn't have to be sprayed directly into the nest! I agree, get the little bastards first!

I wish I knew how to make a totally silent video. Usually i hear myself breathing. I would have suggested a bamboo pole to open the junction box. They haven't done it recently, but they used to build nests inside the mirror of my newer pickup. Thank you Ed.

Cut 40 acres of hay today. Tomorrow should be able to rake up the rained on stuff. Then go start cutting the last couple hundred acres of hay. Think the oat greenfeed will be ready to cut sometime next week. Leaving the milk stage. Want to see a hard dough before we tackle it. Even ripeish would be swell.

@@chadtosh6831 they say the optimum nutrition is just before the head emerges. We cut it at that stage once. Yield was 💩, but the bales lasted two or three times longer.. and the cows looked great!. Dough = solid seed at the end..then rodents
@@piperdoug428 maybe for the pasture.. the 2/100" we got a while back, greened it up a little. As of a few minutes ago, we've got 5/100" for the day.. woohoo 🙄 just enough to take the green out of the windrows next door... But should perk the pastures a little bit 🤞
