New Mold MUST SEE! From Ngraves bait molds. 3" Helter Smelter

- Today we are shooting a new mold from ngraves bait molds. His molds can be seen at ngraves.com on his website. He made me a mold and I am pleasantly surprised at how well it shoots. The mold is made from a high temp resin which I was unfamiliar with. The baits have turned out amazing!!! If you would like go check his website out and the variety of molds that he offers. It looks a lot like my custom Silverside Minnow mold. It's the same type of profile. By no means is it a copy. Great profile! I have a 3.25" and a 3.75" The best thing to do with these little baits is to nose hook them with a small mosquito hook on 4 to 6lb test. Hang on!!! The bite is dumb on these little baits. When my fishing buddy is gaining on me, I turn to these little baits, and win.
Those are great sizes. I may have to order some of the 3.75. I like that size in this style bait. Like I said in the video, every bait has been made 100's of times. This one will be very close to many baits in this style. Went with a tail that I haven't seen. Thanks!

I jus got the 4 inch version mold. It works great. Now if you would just share your amounts mix of colors to get what you made. Cause I am really new at this.
@joeharris8574 Sure. This is per 1 cup of plastisol. Top color Lureworks Green Pumpkin 20 drops, 1/8th of a hyper shift powder of your choice. 1/8 of small black flake.
Bottom color is 1/8th of pearl powder. I use Mother of Pearl but ant pearl powder will do. That's all it is, I will play with this color a little bit. Sometimes darken or lighten the green pumpkin. Thanks for watching! Good luck and enjoy the hobby!
I have two of the fluke stingers and a 5 inch
stic-o . You are correct, they do great on the laminate as well as a solid. If you put the bolts in, it’s a pain getting the molds apart, so I took them out and clamp as well. Can’t beat the prices either. I can shoot about 4 straight shots then give them a 5 minute rest. I’ve been impressed with them.

Can you air clamp these with your aluminum molds at the same time? Will using chill plates hurt the mold? Meaning, going from a hot mold and dumping chilled water thru the chill plates.
I haven't tried to clamp to aluminum molds yet. I do not have an air vice or cooling plates. You will have to ask Mr. Graves about those things. Thanks for watching.

That plastic is good for running a small but reasonable amount.of lures and heat. But they will scorch and spall and get brittle
I will see how long it holds up. Just got it in and happy so far. I hope to get a reasonable amount out of them. The high temp resin should last longer than a silicone type mold

What size eyes does the 3” bait take?

Dude you sold this mold.. I bet his website crashed.. one question does the bait have a dull finish? A lot of these kinds of molds the baits have a really dull look
