I love seeing how you train and this vlog!
Same! Keep it going man
Same!
me too
Dude these are great, your in-context hints at training science are rock solid and way more fun to watch than the typical podcast. More plz!
This is exactly what im interested in, get some inspiration of your training! Good work man!
Word of caution. Mowing lawn barefoot, if for some reason the front of the mower catches, your foot will go forward and the back of mower you’re pushing will lift. Your foot will go directly into the blade. I cut off the front of my shoe as a kid, and nearly cut off front toes.
The director , the narrating , the editing everything feels on point and also nice selection of sound tracks feels well with the video and i must say your video production quality has increased and also is so good . Keep it up man and also hiiii ….👋🏽 to ottelle and you 😊
Just can agree to that. The editing was so fresh and clean. Maybe some scenes could be cut out to make the video max 15min, but overall very inspiring filming and editing!
I love seeing training videos and the way you film it, is the cherry on top
You channel tells really good stories and you have been inspiration for me as a TH-camr.
That’s a complete new level of editing and story telling! Totally stoked! That’s what I love about your channel the most. Amazing! I can feel the exiting in my legs of wanting to run NOW. Chapeau!
Exactly the content I subscribed for a year ago. My formula for your channel would be:
-Choose a race/challenge
-Document your training
-Race day video
-After the race/challenge do a video answering most common questions
-Repeat
Keep it up!
very good formula, thanks for sharing!!
Whenever I need motivation for anything I just watch any of your videos, never stop. Your will and motivation lets me know I can do more and I dont necessarily need public opinion to do it Thank you.
This is fantastic, I think this should be the main format / theme of your channel. I originally discovered your channel when the algorithm recommended the 30 day burpee challenge and the 1 week no food challenge, and I thought the content, the editing, and your sense of humor was really unique and entertaining. Keep up the great work and thanks for making such great videos!
awesome, thank you!
You mentioned the Yak Attack and it has been on my bucket list ever since I found out about it. I wish I knew you wanted to do it! I’m in the United States but I would have rode that race with you 100%. I have cycling and BMX experience but my mountain bike experience ends at one time trying downhill with a bike with absolutely zero suspension so I’d say we are probably about equal in skill haha. Awesome to see your videos again!
To me personally, it doesn't really matter whether you're vlogging or making a documentary through several months. As long as you always find a new challenge which is not in only a single sport (like only running challenges), I'll happily watch your content.
I really like this style. Exactly how you were watching tony hawk, this is what I like to watch on the stationary bike or treadmill.
Yup we like your documentation kinda vlogs like this !!
One point on technique: you should keep your cadence on easy runs and cycling too, and lower the speed by shortening your steps (while running) or lowering your gearing (while bicycling). Now it looks like you are just cutting cadence and effectively adding more strength, which is not good for technique or fatigue. This was the most effective realization I’ve ever made in my own training, no injuries and I’ve gained so much speed.
This change from the regular fast paced editing to a normal paced one is welcomed
This is my favourite kind of video, just documenting the training, with all the ups and downs and some life stuff thrown in.
I love those videos where you just show your weekly schedule in a blog style. I really motivates me to go into nature and practise sports there. Wish you all the best for the upcoming race!!
You "made me" to do my 1st 1/4 triathlon 😁 thank you! You inspirational man, Jonne!
I love watching this style. It’s really cool seeing the different days. Keep doing this whenever you can. Great content.
The volg type stuff compliments the doc style videos perfectly!
You are awsome
I have a Tip
Use click Pedals on your Bike, you can increase your efficency and also train alot more muscules by not only pushing, but also pulling on the pedals
GO FOR IT💪🏼💪🏼
I start running every morning, use my time wisely & eat healthy food after watching this channel about 2 years ago.Thank you
I love this inspirtional content from which you can learn something!
Great content! It is nice to see someone else trying to train hard and on a budget. I also like that you share when things don't go to plan. I have set lots of goals in my own endurance journey. Sometime you hit them, sometimes you don't. Adjust, adapt, and always keep moving! The multi-sport aspect of this channel is great, too. Not every video needs to be a polished masterpiece of film. Seeing this video is a great kick to get off my rump and keep training.
Great video and why I subscribed way back when
I really enjoy vlog style reporting, I think it makes everything more personal and relatable! Please continue (if you were comfortable with it, and it won't interfere with your personal life&mental health - but since you didn't bring your camera for the last trekking, I assume that you have a good sense of boundaries)! 👌❤️
Would love to see a "What I Eat In A Day" type video, maybe with some recipes? I'm always looking for good fuel ideas for my endurance training and for life! Thanks! You are awesome!
This channel is criminally underrated
This video really showed me again why I'm subscribed to you. You inspire me. Your motivation, your mindset, your openness. I've just planned a route with Komoot as well and am going to start right now. Thanks a lot and please make more videos of this kind! Stay unlazy. :)
We absolutely love these. Infact you can go in depth if you like.
Oh my god! Stumbled upon a video that was uploaded less than a minute ago and with less than 15 views!
Love these types of videos so keep em' coming! Your story telling is amazing and just keeps getting better and better!
I love watching your training, it's inspiring and I can learn a lot from you, so keep doing these! :)
Those kind of videos from you kept me going through the whole summer season of 2021!! Soo motivating, and I constantly was reminded of why I love doing sports in the nature. I even bought a swimsuit and went swimming in the lakes because of you.
Eventually, I just don‘t feel as alone anymore in the training process, after watching those great (and creative) videos :)
I absolutely love these videos and you style of editing and filming tied together with your personality - please, do continue!
Thank you! Will do!
It was a great vlog, it reminds us of that video in the beginning of the channel when you were learning how to swim. We love to see the process.
Yours is one of my most favourite TH-cam channels. Love your message, storytelling, and the high-quality editing. Personally, I would like to see more of these vlogs in addition to your other content. Keep up the good work! Rooting for you!
Please, do more videos like this! I also loved your early videos, they are always inspiring and fun to watch
Told you, you’re story telling, editing, and actually real workout and blogging. That’s just great. Big props bro.
Cheers, look forward to the next one as usual 🙏🏻
Going to go back to running since, well, 1 year 😅
So, let’s see how this will work. It’s your fault actually. It’s inspiring seeing what you put in. So thanks for that
Awesome to see your training again! Your training videos are what got me into training for my own Ironman challenge 💪 Thanks man!
You're a f***** legend man! Inspired me to sign up for my first half marathon which I wanted to run in under 1.50h.. Unfortunatly I broke my Hand and could attempt it so I'm going to sign up for the next one in Oktober which I will even attempt to run faster!!
YES! I love your train videos please make more of them I'm really enjoying them
super helpful to see the less glamorous sides of endurance racing... Good that you told about the little knee problem aswell, makes it more relatable I feel like. Nice video :)
Brilliant. Please make more of these raw videos. You've come a long way... even in the last year Your content never fails.
Yes, the vlog style videos are awesome!
Loved it dude!
Love them. Watch them while training and I feel like I not training alone.!
I like your style and humour, any new ideas I can use are a bonus. Maybe could add some food foraging on your big days
Keep em coming! Agree with you on the Salomon vest, one of my best purchases as well.
This kind of content is great. Multisport that you're showing is very enchancing. It feels like if you can do it from a newbie, why can't we, right? It inspires me a lot to do not only activities that I know, but also to try something new. In my case it's freestyle swiming. The thing that makes it so good to watch, is that you show the massive work you're doing beside - yoga, stretching... and ofc, not everything goes as planned and we can have a laugh :)
Anyway, this is the kind of vlog I prefer the most! Keep on!
I recently found your channel and really enjoy you sharing your training week, and you future plans. Great inspiration to get out and vary my own training and adventures. Thanks for sharing!
Great video, love it. Don't stop the other ones. I mixture is perfect
I really loved this video. Thanks for sharing mate. I'll try your maple syrup drink. Sounds really good.
I love the ‚old-school’ trainings-VLOGs! I am exited what the future will bring 💪🏻
Great vid and even better discipline!
Always inspiring to see people train like this!
Bro, you're an inspirational and motivational machine. Thank you for the work you put into these videos. They do help and you're funny af too.
Keep doing what your heart is telling you and people will love it. As always, great video my man!
Keep on truckin with these vlogs. I think they’re fun to watch! 👍🏻💪
I really enjoy watching your training vids, since we are quite similar ability wise and it is motivating to see you train like i do/would. Most youtube content is by some pros which is insane. I like your approachable angle and it motivates me to get out and do stuff.
That's exactly what I'd hope to achieve with my videos, awesome!!
You are killing it! Keep these videos coming! This is awesome content!
Jonne! Keep uploading this videos man, they are great. Such an inspiration!
Btw. - please, restock the unlazy store so we can help you out!
You're the man!
Abrazo desde España!

Love this style of video, it makes me want to get out in nature and go for a run.
Yes! This is great! I'd love more!
Great video as always high quality editing. We can see how much effort you are putting in.
Love the vlog style vids, the detailed planning is exciting for the nerd in us 😆.
Going to love this new series. It's motivation at is best
I Like them very much! It's motivating as hell, thanks 👍
Great video! Love watching this stuff! I’m up to 7hrs of training per week, so lots of room to grow!
These type of video's of you training and trying to reach your goals is absolutely inspiring!
I’d definitely like to see more vlogs in this style, it is great content🙌🏻 I enjoy watching it, you sad that it is not hard to create in this style and the length of this video might be optimal for algorithm to push it…Seems like three times YES to making a series from this🔥Keep it up!
this was really freakin cool!!! so glad you were suggested!
What an amazing and very subtle transition right here 2:38
Great for inspiration! really liked it
Loved the format. Looking forward to the next video.
Seeing you document your workouts and races creatively helps me do the same. It's hard with 1 person because you like doing both the filming and the workouts, but doing so is tough when you want to keep it interesting! Also, what camera, lens, picture profile, and record quality are you using, I love the look!
Thats a chef's secret
13:58 my favourite day of the week
🥳
Running rewired is a great book. Definitely useful for running and injury prevention for sport in general
I enjoyed seeing your training week video.
The story telling, filming, and editing of your videos are amazing.
🥳✌️
Love how you put the training time & HR in the graphics 😎
This is proper. Really keen to hear about your injury management and nutrition
I love it! It's very fascinating to see how you make it all work and how yku structure ykur days. I also loved how your snacks were made by yourself and not necessarily bought. We can do so much with what we have 🔥 thanks for being an inspiration
These are my absolute favourite videos to watch!
these videos are amazing! please don't stop making training videos. Also I just discovered your channel and have been bingewatching for an hour, this is amazing, definitely very inspiring!
Adventure races are my favourite! I been doing that last 4 year so cool man! love your vlogs and good luck with the race 💪💯🚲💥
Absolutely loved this one! Please keep on making more of these
Really cool to see your updated training routine, I love these kinds of videos, it would also be fun to see how you fuel yourself and more of your philosophy around neutriton, like when you did the video where you went vegan, it could also be cool to see a variation on that video, like trying the keto diet, and seeing it's effects on training. Keep up the awesome content!
Hey Man! Not sure if youll read this. I find these blogs very cool, but I discovered your channel with the extrem minimalism video and I subscribe because of it, and it's a complete different topic. Guess it's not only what you do, but the fact that you apply it to yourself and the way you show it! Take care
Love this kind of video! Wow, you are a real inspiration!
Yeah. I like this a lot and the Everest Challenge video was crazy good too.
Awesome!
Where in Croatia?!
It’ll be hot so bring lots of fluids!😎
Single leg glutes bridges using a dumbbell and lean on a bench, or activate in your current form using a resistance band around your thighs.
Editing and storytelling is awesome 👏
Love the content! Training videos are always fun to watch and are super informative. Btw, you should definitely get clipless pedals and proper cycling shoes for your mtb; it hugely improves your efficiency and increases your power when needed.
This kind of vlog its just amazing and very helpful! Go on! Cheers!
LOVE the new potential space!
liking the video even before I've watched it!
These training vlogs are so cool to watch! I really like the way you approach your training and also the tips and tricks such as the DIY electrolyte drink!
Hope you keeping making them!
