What’s the first step? Where you push the pile of paper in and it clamps, releases, pushes, clamp, releases, push’s redone. What’s it doing? Compacting it for cutting?
Hey! Some printed work retains intercalated air under the sheets. Crushing the block helps with accuracy because it removes air volume. The ideal would be a piece of equipment called a "jogger" with air removing roller.
Trust me, this machine is the result of decades of testing and proving the safety system. I don't know if you know or work in the industry, but this equipment is German technology and a leader in the international market.
@@vakogrif219 Hi. the pressure was around 2500 kilos, for 1250 sheets. The size 43.8x63.8cm. You can work smoothly with 2000 kilos if the knife is very sharp on certain types of prints. Remembering that the polar machine 115, has a minimum pressure of 150 kilos and a maximum pressure of 4500 kilos. 😯

Example 14>12>10>8>6>4....then mark the measurements with the additional function "press without cut". You can also set it to prepared clamp(knife) or fully automatic clamp(knife) - just like the video.
