What I could never understand about the unloader thing is why does the operator have to stand there and watch it? Isn't the entire purpose of it being there so that the operator could be jogging up the next load while the unloader is doing it's thing? Isn't it supposed to save time and money?
The operator is watching it for his own piece of mind. I've seen operators not tighten the locking handle before and push a whole stack on to the floor!
Alguns perguntam porque depois do primeiro corte ele leva o bloco para o lado direito e não apenas gira o bloco 90° no lado esquerdo. Resposta: Tanto faz esquerdo ou direito, pois o primeiro corte paralelo ao esquadro traseiro torna perfeito dois lados paralelos e fica possível encostar o bloco no lado que preferir para fazer o (L). Então resta o operador fazer um uso mais proveitoso de toda a faca.

Why is he turning the block the wrong way? If the paper is crooked, then it is crooked when you insert it with the oblique angle, even after the angle cut.
@@nickrin5615 yeah i think that what he means. Usually you would turn it the other way so you are cutting on more of a right angle then you would the way he did it

Vou tentar te explicar o porque, é o seguinte quando o profissional ai no vídeo fez o primeiro corte, ele obedeceu a regra de bater no lado em que o impresso foi esquadrejado na impressora, e quando ele levou o bloco para direita, apenas girou 90° graus e bateu na parede lateral e no esquadro traseiro fazendo um angulo perfeito. Outro detalhe, quando o bloco tá todo esquadrejado, você tem a liberdade de trabalhar em qualquer lado pra desgastar a faca por igual e usar o sentido da descida da faca.

We usually take a look at the unloader when we use it the first time for a job, just to control if it's working correctly.
