    I have a awesome story from NAMM2023.
I brought a old MARTIN uke with no serial numbers. The first representative for Martin Guitars is a gentleman named Jason. He happened to be the Historian for MARTIN Guitars. He explained they only put the serial numbers on the 1st 200-300 made. He says it was made between 1943-1950. I was so excited to get this information. Next I see this gentleman heading in our direction quickly I might add. He immediately starts talking about the Uke. Not realizing who he was Jason said you must of impressed him. That is the 3rd generation of the MARTIN Guitars Chris. His quote was "That's been played and worn hard". You never know who you can meet at NAMM. NAMM2023 THANK YOU.

Need to start making the 0-21 standard 12 fret again. Also, the 0-17 standard 14 fret.

Advice to Martin... Ditch the crap novelty stuff. Just focus on creating great guitars that people will want to play. Oh, and is there anything you can do to make my older Martins playable again? The necks have all gone pear-shaped...

Try installing truss rods in them?

@@LegsON They all have truss rods, and all but the older models are adjustable. But it doesn't seem to do much to prevent the necks from failing to some degree. Neck re-sets, of course, are an option, and I've gone through that... but they're very expensive, and qualified luthiers aren't exactly falling out of trees...!
