  • Laura Owens calls the Scottsdale Police Department to ask if an OOP has been served and to report an OOP violation re. Greg Gillespie.

Except as otherwise provided in these rules, the state bar file, the record maintained by the disciplinary clerk, and all proceedings shall be open to the public(b) Exceptions to Availability of Information. Notwithstanding other provisions of these rules, including Rule 123, Rules of the Supreme Court, the following do not become public:14. Previous recordings and written transcripts of audio and video witness interviews or statements, unless offered or admitted as exhibits in formal proceedings.

    I’ve figured it all out folks! She calls 911 so often because the ONLY WAY she can have a man call her back is through force and it being their job.

    She was so afraid that she didn't get the call or check her voicemail???? I can't imagine she's getting that many calls where she wouldn't have noticed!
    I can't wait until we hear one of these where the 911 person finally answers like any one of these:
    --"Ugh, what is it this time?"
    --"Oh, you again? How many restraining orders do you have these days?"
    --"Laura, come on now, girl! We've talked 37 times this week! This has to stop! It's really looking desperate at this point!"
    Though maybe she needs someone who actually has power, LIKE THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY, to sit her down and help her understand that this has to stop bc it's not ok! One can only hope that will be what does the trick!
