A very interesting rifle.
It is nice to see Croatian firearms moving beyond the HS pistols.
Both are sold in The US.
Springfield Armory rebrands them, but they are (apparently) solid performers. This rifle is branded as the "Hellion".
And praised a lot so it seems on many yt chanels

Most people in the states don’t call it the Hellion. For the most part it’s a stupid name for the rifle. No, most of us call it the VHS-2.

Back in 2005 i got a XD 40 full-size. No issues with it what so ever. For some reason people in the US hate on the XD pistols but they are solid guns
When I was there in the mid 90s all I saw was a majority of beat up AK47s and the odd M-16. Handguns were whatever they could get, generally 9x19 & 9x18 soviet
Well that's was back than when we had UN embargo on inports of any kind of weapons so we took it by attacking yugoslav army military barracks in Homeland war from 91'-95' and after the war we started our own weapon industry in Croatia and we start to produce good arms and equipement for our soldiers and army and after some time we started to exports all over the world.🤔😊

I really like the "CroPat" uniform. I I have the shirt but can't seem to find actual surplus trousers/pants in the pattern. The smock was available but not in my extra large size. Anyone have any leads for authentic Cropat pants in the States?
You can order them on on-line shop from Spar-Tac, company that produces entire Croatian gear(pants, battle vest, shirt, plate carrier and so on.)

What makes you say that? You've used A2 or even A3 both of which are very solid performers?
I've fired them in Kenya, they don't like the sand and the A2 definitely doesn't like being submerged under a bog in the Falklands. It turns it multiple colours and ends up having multiple stoppages you have to completely strip, clean and reassemble. I'd rather have an Ar- 15, HK-416, G-36. SLR, or even an AK any day in a contact.

Everywhere.. Safety, charging handle, you can even flip the bolt so it ejects from the other side
The ejection port is on both sides of the rifle, the fire selector is ambidextrous, the charging handle is placed in the middle and it can be pulled on the left or right side like on HK G36 ... choosing the side for the shell ejection disassemble is needed and bolt has to be turned for 180 degrees ... in any case, you can shoot from both shoulders without fear to get a strike in the face by the shell, doesn't matter on which side its is coming out...
Everything on that rifle is ambidextrous, and you can turn the bolt to eject brass on the other side without using tools, in less than a minute depending on training

@@damirglavas7940 Gledaj bio sam 5 godina u OSRH i imam iskustvo iz prve ruke kolko djelatnici ne znaju Engleski ili bilo koji drugi jezik, te kako se odabiru podobni za dnevnice, a ne sposobni školovani ljudi koji bi predstavljali OSRH na međunarodnoj razini. Uostalom vidimo i naše predstavnike u EU parlamentu i inim institucijama. Naravno susreo sam i diplomate koji nam osvijetljuju obraz.
Ovo je trebala biti konstruktivna kritika. Izabrati čovijeka koji bi bolje predstavio opremu, naoružanje, postrojbu i OSRH u cijelosti.

Utemeljitelj Nemanjica, srpski vladar Stefan Nemanja je presao sa Katolicanstva na Pravoslavlje.
"Srbi" u vrijeme Konstantina I. nisu postojali ni u primislima najmaštovitije znanstvene fantastike, a Niš je dugo poslije Rimljana bio u sastavu Bugarske koja je graničila s Hrvatskom, jer nije bilo nikakve države ili drugog naroda između Hrvatske i Bugarske granice.
Hrvatska istočna kraljevska županija Raška koju je i Hrvatski Kralj Tomislav vratio u sastav Hrvatskog Kraljevstva nakon što je najurio Bugarsku vojsku zajedno s njihovim carem Simeonom je bila u sasatavu Hrvatskog kraljevstva, koja će se puno kasnije odmetnuti po zadatku iz Vatikana i to preko Hrvata katolika iz Ribnice Stjepana Zavide koji će po nalogu papista krenuti na svoga rođenoga brata Tihomira Hrvatskog župana Raške županije koja je još bila u sastavu raskomadanog Hrvatskog kraljevstva!
U drugom pokušaju će ubiti svoga brata Tihomira Zavidu i postat će lažnim županom Raške županije, te će kao papista i mason promjeniti svoje ime u latinsko Stephano, a sebe nazvati zvijer!
Znači tako počinje povijest odmetnute sada papine vazalske županije Raške na čelu s bratoubojicom Stjepkom Zavidom (prezime je imao po ocu Zavidi).
Danas njega u Srbiji znaju samo po njegovom masonskom novom imenu Stephan Nemanja, te su mu u Beogradu podigli najveći spomenik u Srbiji kako bi preko njega promovirali izdaju vlastitog naroda, ubojstvo vlastitog brata i sluganstvo Vatikanu koji ih je umjetno stvorio.
Znači, u njegovo doba tzv. Stephana Nemanje niti "S" od srbije nije postojalo, taj će se pogrdni naziv od servi (sluge) početi koristiti nekoliko stoljeća kasnije, a tek će mason Vuk Karadžić promijeniti "v" u "b" i tako će postati serbi od servi, eto, to su povijesne činjenice, a sve ostalo su samo uzaludna maštanja i vaši mitovi, te bajke za vašu djecu prije spavanja za laku noć
Evo još malo istine koje srbi prešućuju:
Vladar Zaharije Pribisavljevic pobjegao od Bugara u Hrvatsku 925.g, borili se na strani Turaka protiv Krscana kod Angore, Rovina, Carigrada, Nikoplja,
kraljevic Marko im poginuo kao Turski vazal, bili 500 godina pod Turcima, bili pod Austrijancima od 1718-39.g, kada su prvi put priznati, Vojvodina, Kosovo i Sandzak nisu bili u sastavu Srbije.
Patrijarh Rajačić moli Ugare i Austrijance da ljude južno od Save ( u Srijemu) počinju nazivati Srbima a ne kao oduvijek Raci !
Inače, pojam Srbin do stvaranja kneževine Srbije nije označavao etničku skupinu nego je bio sinonim za krščanina grčko-istočnog obreda.
To čak i Simo Matavulj jasno kaže.
Napokon poslanica Marka Mileusnića jasno kaže iz 1895 god. upučenu onim Hrvatima pravoslavcima koji najednom žele biti Srbi.
Ili pismo uglednih građana Obrovca iz 1848. god. upučenu banu Jelačiću. Na kraju su se i potpisali kao:
Stojan Simić, Petar Radulović, Kiril Žeželj, J. Milanović.
A gle' čuda svi sebe smatrali Hrvatima. ('?)
Tako piše u originalnim dokumentima starim preko 150 godina.
Uostalom i deklarirani četnik Adam Pribićević je jasno napisao- zapadno od Vrbasa Srba nikad nije bilo.
Da je bilo, pola Bosne bi se zvalo Turska Srbija a ipak se zvala Turska Hrvatska.
Episkop gornjo-karlovački Teofan Živković, u svome otvorenom pismu 1877. navodi :
“Srbske narodnosti političke ovdje u Hrvatskoj nema… ni osobite srbske vjere; dakle ovdašnjim grčko-istočnjacima osobitog imena kakvog ni po jednoj ni po drugoj nema."🤔
1915.g ""strateško povlacenje" (čitaj bježanija poražene vojske skupa sa kraljem preko Albanskog teritorija) na Krf .
Beograd se predao nekolicini njemackih vojnika početkom drugog rata (sedam 7) ,znači opet bježanija vojske i ostavljane zemlje i civila na mislost i nemilost!
Isto napravljeno u zadnjem ratu u devedesetima,vojska i vojskovođe prvi pobjegli pa kasnije civili sami na traktorima.
Oni koji su zaostali u bježaniji gazili tenkovima svoje kolone pa poslije opet sve prebacili na "Ustaše i Hrvate".
Izgleda da stari običaji, kod srba, nikada ne umiru.
Cetnici masovno prelazili u Partizane krajem drugog svjetskog rata i kruna svega, pobjednicka oslobodilačka akcija Oluja gdje niste pruzali otpor ni par dana nego ste gazili svoje kolone tenkovima i utekli ste kao zecevi sto je potvrdio i vodja velikosrpske zlocinacke politike Milosevic.
