Are you adding a pinch of pepper to that size bowl?
I use about 1 tablespoon of black pepper per 1 cup of turmeric. I hope that helps!
Just use another capsule press it upside down onto the upside down capsule in the
pill holder pull it out an turn it around

I am definitely going to use this method, i bought powder and tried to put it in my shake and ended up dumping it out

What size of capsuels do you use
I use '00' so it fits the 1/4 teaspoon that is recommended per current research available.

The fine ground black pepper would be great! I use an organic ground black pepper. Any should be fine!
